Nice setup, but you definitely don’t need a setup like this to get started. I started out with a $2300 pressure washer kit and jammed everything into the back of an SUV. Over time, I bought a trailer, hose reels, water tanks, and built a soft wash system. You’ll realize pretty quickly what you should prioritize adding to your setup once you start taking on jobs. Customers will ask for services that you may not have the equipment for. If you front the cost, the job the new gear allows you to take will often pay it off. Great video and good insight into the industry.
I'm considering doing this in Canada it would be PT and seasonal, but I'm with this guy I'm burnt out and would like to try something on the side, aiming to do small commercial stuff, basic entranceways, do you think a 3.5gpm machine and surface cleaner is enough?
Appreciate you watching and thanks for providing more insight into the industry
@@Moonmaster85If you’re serious about it find you a 5.5 gpm at the least.
Great comment @Guardianpressurewashing. I was getting a little discouraged watching this and seeing his build out, but you brought me back. Thanks 👍
Thank you, I needed to know that. @@blakesundbye2137
What I like is that it’s just an 8 foot trailer, with no extra junk
Hi! why has everyone built their setup on a trailer? wouldnt a van be better?
Just started the video, but if that's his truck with the dent in it, I'm going to guess he's legit.
Haha!
i don’t like the corporate lifestyle either but how the hell do u go from that to pressure washing 😂
You can make a whole a lot more having a water pressure business!
As an owner-operator, the hardest part is landing the job. However, you can make much more than the average corporate worker...Bringing in 250k a year from a single truck/trailer is not unheard of.
That surface cleaner is way to big for that pressure washer
No its not lol
@@jojoreynoso9408 4 inches every 1 Gpm
Obviously it’s not.
@@jojoreynoso9408 The rule of thumb is 4 inches for every gallon...I think he said that he runs a 5 GPM unit.
lol
