Imagine an alternate universe where Days of the New released one genre defining album after another over and over again. Going over all colors of the rainbow and exposing the acoustic to every genre of music.
Travis does special shows with an orchestra now and then, Nicole is the guest female singer on every album, he's patched things up with Todd Jesse and Matt, and they even record a "roots" album once in awhile... Fuck man. I'm grateful for those first three albums but this guy had so much more to give.

Travis was a gorgeous, gorgeous man.

People talk about metal, rock and alternative merging with hip-hop in the late 90s, but never merging with electronica/techno/house.

Travis is a perfect example of why self-control must be part of the package of success. Else talent means nothing

I just started getting into DOTN. Travis Meeksi s a genius, but I could've gone the rest of my life not hearing or seeing this. Dear Lord.. make it go away.

The album version is much, much better. It's definitely not the same as the full band DOTN stuff, but I liked that Meeks tried to experiment. This version though, is over-produced garbage.

Still better than coldplay and their 3 albums were great, I was listening a song from the supposedly fourth album and it sucks, it lacks the darkness of the previous albums especially from the first 2 ones.

Wish Travis could make a come back. I seen him in Pensacola with Godsmack and they played after Godsmack. They were booed off stage. Anyone following GS is destined to go down. I love DOTN. Travis....where are you?

As of May 2020, he was arrested again in Maricopa county Arizona in late April 2020 (a day before his birthday). His mug shot is online and accessible with a quick Google search. Based on his appearance in that mugshot, he is definitely still struggling with his addiction and sadly he looks closest to death as I've ever seen him look.
