Serious time now ... I've never seen THIS song covered by anyone. No one has the balls. Especially a beater (because your talents go far beyond a drum kit. You can't play Ratamahatta unless you actually know what it means; the beats to the Gods are to serious to make it a funny party song), you beat your drums into submission.
Best (hate to call it a cover) inspirational calling to the Gods since the original, i prefer. your rendition.

First step you gotta get your hands up to some decent speed. Then accent placement. Put accents on the "ah" of the beat.

não tem jeito, gringo não saca do swing/groove da música brasileira. Esses dias vi um cabra que toca guitarra pra caralho, fazendo covers de tudo quanto é banda de death metal e botando pra lascar (Death, Morbid Angel etc.). Quando foi tocar o Arise e os solos de Andreas, penava pra acertar as notas. A construção percussiva da música afrobrasileira e, falando em cordas, o que Andreas faz em seus solos por conta da influência do violão clássico brasileiro, é bem diferente. Apesar desse cabra ai tocar pra caralho faltou o groove.
