Oleocanthal Packed Ultra Kalamata Private Reserve Olive Oil - Fresh, Healthy, Outstanding

Did you know we follow olive seasons around the globe to bring in the freshest, healthiest, best-tasting olive oils? Why? Well, we're produce experts and olives are fruit! At Sigona's, we believe fresher is always better, even when it comes to olive oil.
Right now (February 2024) is when we have fresh olive oils from growing regions in the Northern Hemisphere, so countries and states such as Greece, Portugal, California and Italy (with more coming soon). The olives for these were picked and pressed in October and November, within 2 to 4 hours of harvest. Now, that's fresh!
Our single cultivar olive oils are loaded with polyphenols, including oleocanthal, which is the healthy antioxidant found only in olive oil. Polyphenols help promote a healthy cardiovascular system and reduce inflammation. Their benefits are outstanding! We put the amount of polyphenols on each bottle of our olive oil. This Ultra Kalamata Private Reserve from Greece, for example, has 1,093 ppu. That's incredible!
