Please copy, paste and share this list! Natural Bliss coffee creamer with only milk, cream, cane sugar and vanilla thats really good and that i would fight a rabid dog over lol. The uncrappified food is best, like without RBGH in meat and dairy and food without artificial sweeteners or so many preservatives. i researched and found some more from top holistic doctors: if u eat wheat products that are not organic, ur probably getting a lot of glyphosate thats in RoundUp spray they put on crops. It gradually poisons, as do things like caramel color in soda and other things in soda and colors and many harmful chemicals. But there are good ones like Daves Killer Bread the 21 grains and seeds, its all organic, as is Ezekiel 4:9 bread and organic Oroweat bread and tastes much better. and with organic Kerigold butter. They even have nanotechnology, microscopic harmful things in food and a legal loophole allows them to get away with not listing it. The channel, Facts Matter With Roman Balmokov talks about that. Also, there is much information by a doctor, Dr, Sebi, they killed for curing people of cancer, diabetes, severe heart issues, etc. but many family members carry on his info. U can find it n youtube and amazon, even cookbooks with his food and herb info. I'll add a link with a list of superfoods, herbs to keep very healthy. He emphasized the importance of things like magnesium and iron in your diet, electrolytes, an alkaline diet and with food high in polyphenols, to stay cleansed and healthy. Also, to cleanse liver and have good overall health, daily take 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with lemon juice from a lemon or 2, which also cleans out liver, and 2 lemons, bob's red mill or frontier baking soda 1 tsp (not arm & hammer!) and mix it with 2 garlic bulbs and 125ml honey (about 4 ounces.) remember to take it with a quarter to half teaspoon of Bob's Red Mill or Frontier baking soda, NOT Arm & Hammer baking soda, Arm & Hammer is for cleaning, u can clean microwave and washing machine and more with Arm & Hammer and white vinegar and lemon juice, but use the other kind of baking soda for ingesting in the body. And some good herbs to add for removing toxins in liver, and good food for it are garlic, milk thistle, hydrangea, nettle root or nettle leaf, dandelion root or dandelion leaf, burdock root, sarsaparilla root, blue vervain, also apples, sweet potatoes, asparagus, blueberries, cranberries brussel sprouts, beets, green tea. There are other superfoods like ones mentioned and avocados, eggs but should be organic and from cage free chickens, and grapes, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin seeds, many more u can find, AND olive oil, also mentioned in Bible, is very good for the heart, as is hawthorn berry or hawthorn root and apple cider vinegar, cleans arteries, excellent for heart health and really overall health, but ONLY CERTAIN KINDS of olive oil that are processed a certain way or could have adverse effects. About 70% of extra virgin olive oil in stores, is fake and made from rancid olives that are processed in deceptive way. AND keep olive oil out of sunlight or it will oxidize it, ruining it. So the safe, healthy olive oil: Costco's Kirkland 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Greek Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Pure California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil, not the destination series ones, and the other good one is the Lucini Extra Virgin Olive Oil and finishing oil Casa D Hualdo Cornicobra Extra Virgin Olive Oil. If someone takes heart medicine, avoid a lot of what is natural blood thinners like apple cider vinegar and olive oil and avoid food high in vitamin K, a natural blood thickener. Mainstream doctors dont even tell people that or anything they should about food. Big Pharma makes money from people being sick. Here is the link for a lot of Dr. Sebi's superfood and herb info. Remember, please copy, paste and share all this comment! ua-cam.com/video/9tgGFK9pzW8/v-deo.html. In case link doesnt work, go to youtube and type, 'DR. SEBI FOOD LIST ALKALINE Food List & Dr. Sebi MEAL PLAN Ideas.' and stay close to Christ. Always worth it! This life is only temporary. Dont let satan have a stronghold! God bless!

As a Master Chef,, I only buy and consume 100 % pure first pressing Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Greece. The ones from Italy are excellent too. My father worked in an Italian Olive oil bottling plant in California in the early 1960's and they were mixing olive oil from Italy with cotton seed oil from the southern U.S. The mixing was done in secrecy by a small night shift crew. He use to say "Who knows what was mixed into it before it came to the U.S." I was raised with stories of what a crooked business it was.
If you swallow a teaspoon of olive oil the pure good quality oil will tingle in your throat. I learned this simple trick in Italy from an olive farmer. The Olive oil business in Italy back then (80s) was controlled by the mafia crime families and was crooked through and through. Many "European olives" in that time were coming in from other parts of the world and were labeled as" European".

I lnow in past for example in north Italy people did not use it much as it was more expensive than in south where it was produced, but in Greece olive oil was allways the preferred oil since antiquity. Also the word oil in English likely derives from latin which in turn is based on Greek word which is έλαιον and that in turn comes from the fact olive both as fruit or tree is called ελαία (ελιά in modern) in other words the word for oil in Greek initially meant *ONLY* olive oil.

Please copy, paste and share this list! Natural Bliss coffee creamer with only milk, cream, cane sugar and vanilla thats really good and that i would fight a rabid dog over lol. The uncrapified food is best, like without RBGH in meat and dairy and food without artificial sweeteners or so many chemicals preservatives. i researched and found some more from top holistic doctors: if u eat wheat products that are not organic, ur probably getting a lot of glyphosate thats in RoundUp spray they put on crops. God bless!

I love good olive oil on my salads that I eat almost daily. I'm an oil and vinegar guy. I am very picky about what olive oil we buy. It's easy to tell the difference between quality oil and lesser oils. Even though they are labeled as extra virgin olive oil. First good olive oil will be slightly thicker than the fake stuff and have a darker more yellow color than the fake olive oils. Next I try it for flavor. Take a spoon full and taste it. The fake oils have very little flavor. Good extra virgin olive oil has a distinct flavor. Also quality extra virgin olive oil should have a slight burn similar to a hot pepper although it is very slight but should be there when you eat a spoonfull of it. I look for those qualities in good olive oil. As he says, the Costco brand seems to be good high quality oil. We have always liked the Trader Joe's too.

The way to tell a good olive oil: must have a color close to olive, just slightly darker. Then, taste. If you know olives like I do, the oil must taste like olives, but lighter and with no bitterness. I grew up in North Africa and each family in the different villages had their own olive oil made for them, using the olives the families collected, every year. It is important for the oil not to age too much, say one year. Cheers.

Actually, you are wrong in every account. First of all, color should be ignored, because it's easily faked by adding leaves (chlorophyll) to the press. The part about freshness is correct.

3:44 "and they don't put the oil in there when it's super hot"...... EVOO is COLD pressed which means it's not heated up at all, actually by law, the temperature during the process of making the oil has to remain under 27 degrees Celcius (80 F). So, there's no hot oil going in to the plastic bottle.... The best EVOO oil, however, comes in dark glass bottles containing no more than 500 ml and the olives are picked, pressed and bottled in the same country.

Just to make it clear for people. Both extra virgin and refined olive oils have essentially the same fatty acid profile. 100% Refined olive oil which means no virgin oils mixed in is around 70% Oleic acid and 1.5% linoleic only a tiny difference compared to extra virgin.
"extra light" Olive oil would be the closest to pure refined olive oil on the market as most of the refined variety of olive oils on the market have some extra virgin olive oil mixed in to give it a slight aroma and taste. So you're still getting some of the minerals and vitamins and antioxidants from the extra virgin as well.
Regardless of the type of olive oil, it has the same fatty acid profile, with very very minuscule differences in terms of oleic vs linoleic acid ratio. 100% Refined olive has a tiny bit more linoleic but by half a percentage point.
I wouldn't worry too much about finding the most extra extra virgin oil possible. It doesn't really matter. What matters is the fatty acid profile.

The colour is dependent on how ripe the olives are when picked and does not indicate quality. A high percentage of ripe olives tends to give the oil a yellow colour, if a large percentage is unripe you get a green colour and increased bitterness. As a grower I understand that Italy actually produces only about 80% of the oil sold as Italian - the rest is imported from Turkey and a few other countries in the med. As long as it is packed in Italy they can call it Italian. If you want quality oil buy from a small producer not a supermarket - any bulk supplier is probably mixing several years production to even out flavour variations which are a result of changes in seasonal conditions. Supermarkets want consistency of flavour year on year. The idea that Italian oil is best is a marketing myth.

Yes. The harvest date, place where it was processed and A stamp of "MASTERS OF OLIVE OIL", . Should be in a dark bottle. Light and heat destroys the quality. Should have a process location and date within 12 months of purchase. Should not come from various countries unless it's the process country and "sold in" Should come from ONE processing company/country. Like, Made from California, Tuscany, or Greece, Olive company but was sold in Ohio, etc. for example. Not processed from various countries, states, etc.

Canola Cake is washed in a chemical solvent to remove the oil.
The resultant oil extracted is then washed in Sodium Hydroxide, which is spun in a centerfuge to separate the oil from other ingredients which are used to make soap.
After freezing the oil, the resultant waxes are filtered out, and used to make vegetable shortening.
Then, the remaining oil is bleached, to lighten the color.

There's a bunch of issues with the mafia adulterating olive oil and paying off officials to sign off on it being authentic. Absent actual laboratory testing, which is still hard to reliably perform, you're not going to know.
It's hardly just Italy, but it is a real problem and that's not going to show up on labels in any clear way for obvious reasons.
