This was prior to God Form amps and UI which are like millions of times more powerful than the SSJ3 and Buu Form that did this. -Kid Buu himself would have been powerful enough to destroy DB Hell/Afterlife, which itself is infinite (though there are varied sources claiming it's not infinite, and some that it is - so this is debatable), and was about to do so before Goku and Vegeta powered up, allowing Buu to sense them and lose interest in Hell, instantly traveling to them from Hell to the Sacred Kai realm. -Broly was fodderized by SSJB Vegito. One thing I have a problem with. Doomsday’s evolutionary ability. Whenever he dies and comes back to life, he is immune to the thing that killed him last, so while broly could win, it wouldn’t be a permanent victory.
The main reason Doomsday can come back stronger and more powerful. Is because his cells adapts to the situation that kills him. However If you eradicate every atom, cell (see what I did there XD) Then he can't come back from nothing... Sure you can say he can comeback from particles, or gas however you want to state it, Goku was able to destroy Buu completely with a spirit bomb.

I think people just always mix up dimension and universe when it comes to db. Broly never destroyed a universe. Dragon ball scales to low multiversal, as there are 12 universes rn, but there were 18. Broly at his best feat has destroyed dimensions or galaxies. Doomsday has withstood punches from superman who actually did in many comics destroy a universe with a single punch. You can argue this, but just based of this doomsday even tho he didn't win, he was fighting a lot stronger opponent than broly, or anyone in dragon ball really.
In Dragon Ball cosmology, Universe 7 has an infinite multiverse and dimensions, so destroying a single universe in DB is basically low-complex multiversal level. So, destroying the reality of Universe 7 is like wiping out the reality of an infinite multiverse. And don’t forget, in the movie, when Gogeta and Broly clashed the second time, they reset everything back to normal before that icy place turned into a sea of fire. Basically, their clash didn’t just break reality but even rewound time itself, making their speed and power totally irrelevant.
I like that Doomsday has punched out of a dimension which would put him on par with Broly and yet he's still not put in the same class as Broly because the writers keep finding roundabout ways to give Superman wins against him despite the fact Doomsday keeps getting stronger.

The thing with fight between comics character and manga character is that comics are written by hundreds of people, and all are canon, manga are written by 1 person. So in a comic you will have a character that can destroy the multiverse, and some comics later get hand cuffed by police (Thanos). Or you could have a character than can barely go faster than a train, to be fast enough to travel half the distance of the universe in seconds (Superman).

This was prior to God Form amps and UI which are like millions of times more powerful than the SSJ3 and Buu Form that did this.
-Kid Buu himself would have been powerful enough to destroy DB Hell/Afterlife, which itself is infinite (though there are varied sources claiming it's not infinite, and some that it is - so this is debatable), and was about to do so before Goku and Vegeta powered up, allowing Buu to sense them and lose interest in Hell, instantly traveling to them from Hell to the Sacred Kai realm.
-Broly was fodderized by SSJB Vegito. But it took that to even stand a chance at beating him at all.

I think people just always mix up dimension and universe when it comes to db. Broly never destroyed a universe. Dragon ball scales to low multiversal, as there are 12 universes rn, but there were 18. Broly at his best feat has destroyed dimensions or galaxies. Doomsday has withstood punches from superman who actually did in many comics destroy a universe with a single punch. You can argue this, but just based of this doomsday even tho he didn't win, he was fighting a lot stronger opponent than broly, or anyone in dragon ball really.
In Dragon Ball cosmology, Universe 7 has an infinite multiverse and dimensions, so destroying a single universe in DB is basically low-complex multiversal level.
So, destroying the reality of Universe 7 is like wiping out the reality of an infinite multiverse. And don’t forget, in the movie, when Gogeta and Broly clashed the second time, they reset everything back to normal before that icy place turned into a sea of fire. Basically, their clash didn’t just break reality but even rewound time itself, making their speed and power totally irrelevant.

I'll say flat out Goku or Vegeta currently beat most versions of Superman but there are a few different ones that they still have not surpassed but if someone doesn't agree in general that one character wins against another they will likely use feats or versions of said character to suit there argument when it wasn't previously established.

The thing with fight between comics character and manga character is that comics are written by hundreds of people, and all are canon, manga are written by 1 person. So in a comic you will have a character that can destroy the multiverse, and some comics later get hand cuffed by police (Thanos). Or you could have a character than can barely go faster than a train, to be fast enough to travel half the distance of the universe in seconds (Superman).
