Looks like you got the shelf for the 4 drawer cart. The one for the five drawer attaches using the existing bolts.
Ty, I was wondering what the difference was.. looking to put one on my 33in Husky tool cart.
I'm looking at putting this model (but black) on my Sunex SUN8057XTUSA1 tool cart. I'm pretty excited about it.

all my stuff is black or stainless / aluminum, with blue trim, i actually buy kreg , and cornwell, or snapon's blue point, solely because it's that cobalt blue, i like the contrast, you can see it that way, otherwise, i find looking for things a daunting task, in the sea aluminum and black, everything just looks the same
I think you're missing the point you weigh more than 35 lb which is clearly and instructions it's only rated for 35 lb

Well Paul, I certainly did! I was unaware that there were even two sizes. Live and learn hopefully. No coming back from it now! I appreciate you pointing it out. I may add to the video to warn others!

I picked up a 5 fdawer cart this past weekend and a shelf for it tonight. Noticed it said for a 4 drawer. I was wondering the difference. I'll likely be putting some type of reinforcement inside spanning between the legs to catch the upper 2 holes. I'm going for Green accessories on a black box.
Actually I grabbed the wrong shelf completely. They make a 5 drawer shelf that fits in the factory corner bolt holes and installs in minutes. I’d like to see those colors!👌
