What kind of fittings did you use for the copper tubing?

The magnet bars are simply a bunch of the smaller magnets you can get from HF in sequence and taped over. Instead of using two and joining them I just cut a channel in the back of the metal bar, and they stick to metal on both sides. They will even stick well enough through padding to stay put in your drawer, so I use them for pretty much anything metal. They also have hanger magnets that hold up to 250 pounds that I stick on the side of my tool chests and hang holders off of them for bigger tools that won't fit in my tool chests.

The blue wheels are about a quarter inch smaller than the black ones. I know I just checked mine now February 2024 I will be taking my blue wheels back to Harbor Freight.

Those magnet strips are strong enough to stop your watch if not careful.

I've been reading about "5hp SPL" compressor motors not actually being 5hp... more like 3.7hp. The link you posted is in fact one of those "SPL" motors with an amp rating of 15A. How has this motor been holding up to that compressor? I've been thinking of getting that compressor as well and I too have the 5hp "SPL" motor and I'm hoping it will work. A true 5hp motor will have an amperage rating of 21-22 amps just fyi if you happen to have any problems with your setup.

nice job. I have a 60 gallon Campbell Hausfeld with 5HP rated motor and pump. Its getting pretty noisy. CH recommends their VT4923 rated at 3.7 HP to replace it. I think its to small. Your thoughts? And how is your Harbor freight pump working out?

I’m not trying to be a jerk but I have the same set up,I took a 60 gal craftsman tank with a oiless compressor but took all that off so I’m left with a 6hp elect.220 motor with a new 5 hp H.F.pump like yours but the specs call for a compressor pulley 8.8” which about half the 14.5” pump pulley.how is yours that small?and how does it work I’m not done with mine yet

I'm upgrading mine to a 2 stage compressor pump. What i'm not sure about is an air line coming off of the switch went into the cylinder head of the single stage, but my 2 stage does not have that fitting in the cylinder head. Can i connect it somewhere else? Im thinking its there to turn the pump on and off as needed, Yes?

I do not see a respirator. The cheap HF hood will keep some of the grit out of your eyes/ears but NOT your lungs. That dust is very bad.

Probably should of done a dry run before making the video. Getting acquainted with the machine 1st would be a big help. 28 minute video of you fumbling thru this is not helping. I guessyou like watching yourself. Oh well time to go to someone that knows this machine. Sheese!

Great setup and thank you for sharing. One addition I did to my cart is I swapped out the stationary casters with swivel casters. Makes it much easier to maneuver.

The large tank at harbor freight says that it will run 1.3 hours per fill. Is this true? Say at 90 psi? I understand I’ll have to run my compressor still but the way it’s worded that one full tank will run that long without a compressor. Thoughts? Thanks. Great video.

It might be a good idea if you are going to use the magnet under the car to hold the tools....that you might want to paint it a bright color....and have something bright hang down a couple inches from each end....else you go driving down the road dispersing hand tools.

Looks like you got the shelf for the 4 drawer cart. The one for the five drawer attaches using the existing bolts.

These are complete pieces of shit harbor freight remove the egg shaped compressors author 30 gallon truck mount compressors and these are tunnel freaking garbage my friend I just bought one and it lasted about six hours before the pump seized up I have also myself gotten the same exact model on the 30 gallon truck mount it lasted a little over 30 hours before the pump seized up do you not buy these compressors they are complete pieces of sh<#
