    Jeet sir aap kitne ache ho yar, thank you.. I will religiously follow your page.. been hitting gym from 3 months but ab I think I'm ready to take it to a proper training regime.. I wad just getting used to the weights and reducing my weight by cardio n lil bit of weight and strength training. It's time now to take the workout to beginner level, I think I'm ready.

    Very informative and to the point videos. Whole Playlist is good. But please make another video on PPL. Like this Playlist is more inclined towards bro split. But many of us beginners want to do PPL split so kindly make day 1 to day 6 Playlist as well. Thanks

    Just started gym a couple of weeks ago, confused and was wondering for a good exercise for chest and boom... Got a vídeo recommendation.

    Edit: went to gym at 5 a.m.and it's around 9 p.m and i can still feel the pump, as well some broken muscles coz it's paining a little bit 🥲

      @@luvboi not a bodybuilder, but I would say it's good given my job and other things bcz before gym (76 kg)I was pretty weak,used to get back pain etc while doing a little household chores but now after 1.5 year .I am very happy and satisfied with my current physique (69 kg)[note: I am only taking 80 to 90g of protein every day ].Now this winter I want to shred my physique a little bit upto 60 kg . let's hope I get my desired result.

    1-2 warmup set
    1. Chest press 3set - each set has 12 to 15 rep.
    Rest for 1 min
    2.pec Dec fly - 3 set with 12-15 rep
    Warmup set now
    3. Inclined dumble press- light dumbells
    (inhale when taking load and exhale when release)
    4.cable fly
    Is it for first day in gym
