  • Tonight I made a low-carb burrito using Kirkland‘s grass fed beef seasoned with taco seasonings, and I added ranch beans to it to add a little bit more protein. I took some cottage cheese blended in my food processor to make it more like a sour cream and this time I used a quarter of a packet of ranch seasoning. I heated up the low-carb spinach tortilla on the griddle or you can use a Comal to heat the tortilla, put the ingredients into your tortilla and roll it up. Top the burrito with a spoonful of the cottage cheese that replaces sour cream and a dollop of salsa. Inside the burrito I had shredded cheese and if you wanted to dress up your burrito, sprinkle with some more shredded cheese as well. The Cottage cheese adds more protein and if you were to use enough for one serving of the cottage cheese you would not only get extra protein, but it would also give you 20% of your daily values and calcium. Now this was a quick dinner. I used what I had in my kitchen. I did not have time to go grocery shopping after being away for the last five days and it is so yummy. I hope you will try something new. This is very easy on your stomach while taking a GLP-1 is very tasty so you’re gonna feel very satisfied. I am on 10 mg. I have been at the 10 mg Mounjaro for seven months and I’ve been taking Mounjaro for 11 1/2 months while on Mono I have lost 95 pounds and prior to that I was walking and eating low-carb for seven months and I had lost 45 pounds before taking so I have a total loss of 140 pounds in 1.5 years Created by InShot
