I can see how Dolezal’s profession of “transracial” is a smack in the face to those who identify as transgender. Yet, those on the outside of the transgender issue are left to wonder, what is the difference between someone claiming to be a different race and someone claiming to be a different gender? If we accept one, why not accept the other? That’s a fair question.
Kat Blaque, a transgender black woman says, “Gender is not a biological trait passed from parent to child, whereas race is.” In other words, racial features are passed on, but gender is innate. Blaque explains that darker skin is the result of melanin, which was an evolutionary trait to protect people from the sun. Race is something that is only available to certain people. Blaque points out that Dolezal can wash off her makeup and resume life as a white woman any time she wants to, but transgender people can’t do that. They are not defined by what they are wearing because it is an innate part of who they are.
Though still in its infancy, the science of sexuality and gender are producing results, which show a solid connection between biology and behavior. The same cannot be said for someone who declares herself “transracial.”

I do not think she used any assistance for college based on her indicating she was black (I could be wrong). She went to Howard and sued them for discrimination against her for being white and she won. As long as she didn't take any opportunities away from anyone, it doesn't matter to me.

None of these transitions are ultimately profitable. What IS profitable, and what I see as the next step is people transitioning from "natural born persons" into "legal persons" i.e. a corporation, so that they can be taxed only on their retained earnings and not on their whole revenue (income). Now THAT makes sense because it's profitable. You could say I'm getting there because I identify as a free-market Capitalist, and have done so all my life. Nobody has a problem with this because I've been an entrepreneur and investor (on and off) for 38 years.

So after I do this I'll be legally known as [my legal name] S.E. (Society European), the new type of corporate entity that the EU allows where it's like a joint-stock company but can be owned by one individual. I just need 150 thousand Euros in cash to do this (not a big problem) which I can then withdraw in exchange for depositing my 10 million Euro life insurance policy as surety. Basically make my body part of my corporation. I've done crazier things before like forming an S.E. corporation based in a non-EU country, and I'm the only person to have ever done so to my knowledge. BTW I'm not kidding.

Comparing her to Caitlyn Jenner is ridiculous. Gender fluidity and sexuality are genetic, like the genetics that apply to your skin colour. Your genetics are genetics. Transgender people don't choose to transition for kicks, it's who they are. They aren't being deceptive by transitioning. Transgender people aren't liars, but Rachel is continuing to lie about who she is. She is a white woman. Telling people she has a black Dad and getting her skin tinted doesn't make her a black woman. Caitlyn is living her truth and Rachel is living a lie.

Don't equate this woman with trans people. Just because we can't get in her brain doesn't mean we can't evaluate her claim. Most white people who love or identity with Black culture do not feel the need to call themselves trans racial. They understand it might actually be offensive as part of that. There is a respect for the historical struggle. There are probably strong biological correlations with trans identity.. Rachel doesn't have that. Besides the authority she used to her personal gain she wouldn't have lost anything by being a white ally. I found her crazy before but now I'm mad she's making it harder for both minority groups in this country at the same time. Nobody can take away her subjective experience but she's making it harder for people who deal with objective realities. Not to be totally offensive but does she get to use the n-word without it being a slur? Her identity issues shouldn't be used as yet another tool to undermine the integrity of people who do face discrimination. "It's not real" is also constant argument against LGBT people.
