Hi, I would like to ask that there is some problem with the speed dial on my power pack standard sx, it either goes fast when I turn a little or stops immediately when I turn a little, so I can't control the speed easily, do you know how to fix it or should I buy a new one?
Has it always done that? If not could some of the track be dirty? Try wiping it with a paper towel. Or it may be too far from the power pack to give a steady source of power. Do you have the new or the older power pack? I've found the newer one works much better: ua-cam.com/video/41yEMUGN0qU/v-deo.html
@@ModelTrainsWow It worked fine before but I haven't played with it for like a month and it starts to have this problem. I have the new version and I cleaned the tracks, so I don't know whats the problem
@@HelloHimmie It could be if the train has not been used for a while or is new. Give it a running session at 50% power for the driveline and the gearing to bed in. I do this with all new and pre-owned models.
