Oh! I remember watching almost 10 years ago!!! Back then I remember Runny eating live on camera wearing funny costumes with Taxi Driver in the background. I recently watched Taxi Driver for the first time and it is amazing!! What a masterpiece! I've sbeengoing back and watching lots of old films, most recently Wings and season 1 Twilight Zone and Night Gallery. It's so crazy to watch them now in 2020....

I almost never eat noodles. Now, after watching them, I am craving them. You make the dish look wonderful. I wish I could cook it for friends. Perhaps I will try making it for ancestor/friends on Halloween.

If you want creamier pasta, add the pasta to the sauce the same way you did but add also a good amount of pasta water! Yes, the one that cooked the pasta, it is full of starch! It will thicken the sauce and make it tastier!

I remember subscribing to your channel back in 2009. The first video you uploaded after i subscribed, was of you jogging(i think) and vlogging. And then slipping and falling in a tunnel. I got a really good laugh. I loved all your skits and characters. So funny. You were probably my favourite J-vlogger. I'm too old now and dont have enough time to watch vlogs or youtube. Certainly looks delicious! However, I suggest substituting mature white flesh fish cut in thin strips for the whitebait (bass, monk, catfish, etc). The flavor will be different but the world will be a better place. Whitebait are the baby fish of white flesh fish species. Because they are not old enough to reproduce before being caught and consumed, harvesting whitebait is an extremely bad idea environmentally. This is because in the bigger picture eating the young will deplete fish populations that already are alarmingly low. In most of the world harvesting whitebait is either flat out illegal, or extremely restricted. Perhaps the one possibility is buying frozen Chinese whitebait (魩仔魚 - pronounced "MoZiYu") because they raise vast quantities of whitebait under farming conditions rather than harvesting from the environment at large, thus not threatening the extinction of many types of fish. Prices are reasonable at your Asian grocer.
Fish broadcast spawn, dude. they know something is going to come along and eat all their babies, that's why they have so many. there are much easier solutions to this than not catching whitebait (and how you even would, I have no idea. you would think it would all be farmed)
@@KairuHakubi Indeed, you'd think farming would be logical to all worldwide. It's seriously curious that apparently only the Chinese are doing it at scale. Real world natural protection from attrition dictates that the babies are assembled in rock and reef crevices. Enterprise scale harvesters of the day came up with clever supple silk nets that could (and still do) adapt to the hidden natural shapes and formations to yield a worthwhile catch. Thus the scale of de-whitebait-station came to such a point as to seriously add to the threat of no more fish after 2050 and in turn has led to legislation and laws to protect our ability to enjoy eating delicious fish into the future (as opposed to fish species actually being able to enjoy in perpetuity whatever it is they enjoy).

I would def eat this. But without the dairy... it causes swelling inflammation in my sinuses and mucus in my lungs. Soo I will simply use homemade sot milk soo much creamier than store bought... really feels like it has fat or oils when using in dishes like this or even cold noidle soup bowl w Cucumber and toasted sesame seed.
