My parents are from the Dominican Republic as you may know we eat a whole lot of avocados there. I’ve been eating avocado
toast and sandwhiches since I was a little girl. It just became popular amongst white people, but news flash we have been eating avocado toast for centuries.

Regardless, to what was said, all is well! However, I enjoyed your recipe, and I have changed my diet around trying to eat healthier. Also, I found 10 ways on how to prepare avocado toast. I'm going to try your recipe this morning for avocado toast. I was impressed by your video. It was very educational, lengthy but I enjoyed to the entirety. You are a very good Chef, and I appreciate you. Wishing you the best in your endeavor. A lot of changes in my diet, especially for my smoothies, etc. I usually create my own twist on my foods. With the avocado toast, I'm going to add some extra veggies and enjoy my awesome breakfast. Your video were amazing!!!

Man I can't wait to try your recipe. I love avocado but never had avocado toast until a few weeks ago but was told adding an egg is divine and you show teach very well from beginning to end. When I made mine I used avocado olive oil and it gave it sooo good. I was going to make for breakfast today but I will wait because I want that bread and looking at my avocado it's not quite ready which is good. Thank U so much can't wait to see what else you share.

I don’t know why people keep thinking they have to use the knife to get the pit out. If the avocados ripe give the half that has the pit in a gentle squeeze and it pops right out. No knife no cuts. Specially if you are going to mash up the avocado. If you’re cutting thin slices for sushi you might want to not do that but for mashed avocado and makes absolutely no difference.

That's another great tip to get the pit out.

Nice explanation on the use of vinegar in your water trick. Any idea on the calorie counts? I've noticed fewer folks are listing this information and it would helpful to know so the recipe may be scaled/proportioned accordingly. Thanks.

It is generally not safe to use hot water from the general house tank/pipes for cooking. Those pipes may release harmful materials (metals etc.) Some cooks do have a dedicated hot water tap installed in their kitchen that separately boils and delivers hot water for consumption.

You're not supposed to use the hot tap for cooking water, only washing up. Refer to your state/country's health advisory.

Boule is the shape of the bread. Translated from French it means ball. So it's a rounded ball shaped loaf of bread. Has nothing to do with yeast or what ever you went on about. Are you self taught or did you attend a culinary school?

I gave up when he said, "...Avacado toast is the thing you eat with your "White" friends"..." - Identity Politics sh$t - judge people by their character (MLK) not by the colour of their skin dude... lighten up and stop virtue signalling - it's about the food.

You're never supposed to use tapwater that is hot you're bringing the sediment out of your water heater into your food. Besides that you're sniffling and at the same time you're looking at your fingers while you cook shame on you.
