Yeahh….. I, too, pit my avocados like this for approximately 25 years… that was until Friday 3 weeks ago when I nearly severed my forefinger. It’s still attached thankfully but the knife went in to the knuckle bone and I had to lever it out! So yeah.. it’s still healing and as such I’ve had limited use of my left hand and had to discover new ways of doing things. LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY I discovered that you can pop the stone out by just pushing on the back of the avocado behind where the stone is with your thumb and it’s literally just pops right out! I wish I’d know sooner. I wouldn’t be having physio to regain full movement of my finger if I had! So just sharing what I learned the hard way incase it’s useful for somebody else!
I do enjoy Joshua's current style of contents, but this past style just gives me a whole different vibe of Joshua as a person. To be honest, I do prefer the past style of talking. But that's only my opinion. Joshua's current style makes him stand out among many youtubers, and I guess that's a strong factor of his popularity.

in my country we avocado is a sweet food, I think it's a different species of fruit or whatever cuz sizewise, ours are a lot bigger, but yeah, we eat it with sugar and milk powder, blended with milk and sugar, sort of like a smoothie, or as icecream

i tried it both ways, and prefer the taste of the avacado to be simple, and not complex as seasoning it makes it, maybe introducing more earthy tastes but salt is just too sharp
ive never actually put salt on an avocado. i do bake eggs in them though. and when i boil eggs. i start with cold eggs in cold water do they heat up together, no cracking.

With some lemon zest shavings Number 3 add some pepper Number 4 add some pesto before the avocado Number 5 salt, pepper, oil balsamic and/or with tomato yes! Number 6 add orange peel shaved for zest Number 7 add some tomato and cheese Number 8 definitely need some cheese on that! Good stuff
