I am expecting special video for osteo arthritis from you! Nowadays even people who are in 50s also are suffering from osteo arthritis.

It is really helpful for the elders mam. So nice of u helping the elders like me mam.
My mother who was 88yrs use to do this everyday with me dedicating. Sadly she fell down one day n her sodium levels went down n Doctors gave up on her because of age factor. She revived after we brought her home n survived for 4 months n passed away in January. In this crucial 4 months she use to still watch Yogalate n exercise. She resembled your grandmother.
So sorry for your loss! Glad that the videos made a small difference to your mom ❤️❤️

I am 64 and following your exercises. I am patient of Parkinsons since 2018. Also I have been operated for my spine. Open surgery for sciatica in lumber in 2021. Suggest me some exercises keeping in view the above facts. Walking is bit tough for me now.
