So underrated, straight to the point and gives more information than other people on this platform. I'm trying to change my life and this video helped me so much alone. Please continue your work and good luck!
I think is a problem to believe that do nothing is a problem. I think too we must have good habits, but demanding from oneself a growth mindset is not healthy. Productivity is the opposite of minimalism (my view of things).
I never thought about the growth mindset in a bad way. To me standing still in any shape or form (mentally, emotionally, careerwise, relationship etc.) would not be healthy. And regarding productivity and minimalism. Maybe if we see it in extremes. But I don't think we have to see it in black and white. You can be productive by making clear, what is important to you. And being okay with not doing it all. If minimalism would be the opposite, then all minimalist are lazy, which far from true. Also just my opinion :)
@@JeremyAcuna90 Thank you for your reply. I agree that in the extremes is definitely not healthy. I am not anti-productivity, but some people doesn't have this growth mindset, and live a plentiful life, what I am against is to push the productivity mindset inside ourselves, transform every quite or unplanned time in a pool of guilty. I think is much more important to preach responsability and curiosity, instead of worrying about filling the agenda of the day. But I know, training the discipline is important, testing new habits is important, struggling with ourselves sometimes is important. The growth will exist, in either way, everybody that is aging is learning (there is some paths harder than others, of course). I had my share of guilty, hence my comment and I liked the way you stated your thoughts and habits in the video. Keep the good work.
