Same here, 40 and did the LA marathon last weekend. The rollers killed me but I survived. All for fun and health! COngratulations on the finish!

This was lily first Marathon also. Didn't train 1 day lol, dumbest thing I ever did.... took me 6:40 smh. Felt like my ankles were broken 🤦🏽‍♂️ Training now for next year....

Yeah I am all signed up for next year. Couldn’t imagine not training and going into it cold. That takes some courage right there.
