I usually hate couple's channels but I LOVE this one. You know why? because it's about the FITNESS. It has a purpose, and fills it beautifully. No oversharing about their relationship or putting their entire life on the website for everyone to see until they break up due to the pressure. That's how youtube interaction should be lol.
Just want to say thanks for this work out. It’s been over a year now. Since I started doing this workout. I started with a 10lbs Kettlebell, and was overweight 255 pounds. The first months I was gassed out. Now I do this same workout with a 40lbs Kettlebell, and lost a lot of weight 175 pounds. A simple workout, but it works 👍🏽. Thanks guys!
Thank you. As a father of 3 with a Dad bod, I struggle to find time to work out. I heard kettlebells was a great low impact workout that did not require too much space. After watching several kettlebell videos, I find you have the right set up for me. I love the beeps and the fact you have previews on the next steps. No annoying high paced music or yelling. I cried and my fat cried I felt like I was going to give up but as I cried I pushed through and my body is soaked in tears and sweat. Probably TMI, but thank you so much for this video and your medicine ball workout video, I did them both today back to back and I feel amazing 💪🏻 even through all the sweat and the tears. Hi!! I just finished this workout. I am not strong enough for the burpees so I decided to do Around the body. 15 secs left then 15 seconds right. Other than that I was able to complete all the other exercises using a 10 lb kettlebell. I will be back for more!! Thanks from a 62 year old getting back into shape!!

This was my first time working out with a ketobell!! Let me tell ya. I under estimated it. I never knew how much cardio is infused with this type of strength training. I was covered in sweat at the end!! I thought I was going to pass out but, I didn't😅 this video is definitely a thumbs👍 I saved this video to my regular workout Playlist. I have mommy tummy to lose and my upper body strength needs work. I wake up at 3:30 am to prepare for my day and leave at 5:30 am,only to come back bushed at 17:30. I wake up at 3:30 so I can squeeze in a 30 min or lese workout before bathing. I just started weight workouts,I alternate my days between a dumbell workout and this workout. It's really awesome. I use a 8kg kettlebell. Love everything about this workout,all the way from South Africa

I’m a 45 year old fatty male who hasn’t worked out since my 20s. This workout was perfect with a 25lb kettlebell. Enough to get me sore and sweaty but manageable and safe. Great work you two.
This was just the right amount of challenging. Great workout, especially since I'm short on time today. Can you give me tips on the correct form for cleans, I'm not sure if I was doing them right.
great job! we would suggest starting with the pop cleans (toyas version) until youre comfortable with that motion- and then progressing towards cleans. when you move on to cleans, make sure you're hips are involved, and the kettlebell doesnt slam across the wrist!
A good workout for when you're travelling too. I brought a 16kg kettlebell with me when I drove to another city visiting family recently. This workout was perfect for my trip!
You guys are the best. I am 55 and was lazy during this COVID lockdown. For 3 weeks I have done your 10 minute warm up ,and 15 minute dumbbell workout. I dropped 5 lbs of stomach fat. I am going to mix the kettlebell in. 30-45 minutes of exercise makes a world of difference. It's nice feeling that you have muscle! Thank you again, and keep up the amazing work.

Just getting back into the kettlebell after a couple of years, and this was such a perfect workout--challenging, great demos, loved having modification choices, and your voices and music make the whole thing enjoyable. Only thing I'd love to see added is a guided stretch at the end, but I can do that on my own too. Thanks for getting me inspired again!
Thank you! This was great. A clean, simple workout for the whole body. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and was able to do this with a 20 lb kettle bell. I had to modify for the hollow hold (just did an incline chest press while on my knees) and modified the loaded burpee to more of a step back into downward dog. The time frame is perfect. Thanks again for the motivation.
LOVED this kettlebell workout! The layout kept it interesting, so I didn't get bored and start slacking off. I like to bring the intensity on days that I don't do strength training and this was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the placement of the ads. Not sure if you can help that, but Heather Robertson's are always on the longer breaks, so I have time to go hit "skip" and then get back into position without feeling rushed.

I modified this workout in into all 9 exercises for 4 sets. Took 30 second break in between sets..... it was a much needed change to my routine..... thanks!!🎉
Getting over the flu and some shoulder injuries...I like this pace and over all coverage, so thanks, its a well balanced, with nice intensity for where I am. Everyone else wants to just people in the hurt locker and then you dont keep doing it...this is one I will keep!
Thank you so much for these exercises. I started doing the 15min dumbbell workout and I have also started to incorporate this one as well on alternate days. So I am aiming for 6 days training a week, with the dumbbell exercise on every second day. Just did this kettle bell exercise today for the first time on this Monday. Its definitely challenging, I'm glad I bought the 12kg kettle bell and not the 16kg but I will upgrade to the 16kg later. I am a 40 year old male with some weight lifting experience. I also use 8kg dumbbells but will go up in weight as I progress, especially for the upper body. I started doing the dumbbell exercises about 3 weeks ago, and I cant believe how healthy I am, and I can also see changes in the body. Thanks again
I just recently discovered this channel and i love it. I completed this workout with a 16kg and did the male version and it was a total burn, lasted me 23 mins and burnt 139 calories on the Samsung Active wear 2. Thank you so much. I did find the burpee push up to kettle bell hardest in this workout but pushed through at a slower rate. will keep at it and thank you so much.
Just found this video recently. Started exercising from January with 8,10,12kg kettlebells. Now is middle of February and upgraded to 20kg already. Looking forward what result will be in one year time 💪 . Thank you guys!

I modified this workout in into all 9 exercises for 4 sets. Took 30 second break in between sets..... it was a much needed change to my routine..... thanks!!🎉

Getting over the flu and some shoulder injuries...I like this pace and over all coverage, so thanks, its a well balanced, with nice intensity for where I am. Everyone else wants to just people in the hurt locker and then you dont keep doing it...this is one I will keep!
Thank you so much for these exercises. I started doing the 15min dumbbell workout and I have also started to incorporate this one as well on alternate days. So I am aiming for 6 days training a week, with the dumbbell exercise on every second day. Just did this kettle bell exercise today for the first time on this Monday. Its definitely challenging, I'm glad I bought the 12kg kettle bell and not the 16kg but I will upgrade to the 16kg later. I am a 40 year old male with some weight lifting experience. I also use 8kg dumbbells but will go up in weight as I progress, especially for the upper body. I started doing the dumbbell exercises about 3 weeks ago, and I cant believe how healthy I am, and I can also see changes in the body. Thanks again

I just recently discovered this channel and i love it. I completed this workout with a 16kg and did the male version and it was a total burn, lasted me 23 mins and burnt 139 calories on the Samsung Active wear 2. Thank you so much. I did find the burpee push up to kettle bell hardest in this workout but pushed through at a slower rate. will keep at it and thank you so much.

Just found this video recently. Started exercising from January with 8,10,12kg kettlebells. Now is middle of February and upgraded to 20kg already. Looking forward what result will be in one year time 💪 . Thank you guys!
