I have a sneaking suspicion that my night time hand numbness is being caused by my forearms, the muscles in there are like steel cables. Hope self massage will help, so thanks, I'm gonna go grab my balls.
Is this related to medial epicondylitis pain? I've been using the Flexbar daily, but I've continued to workout attempting to minimize movements that aggravate my golfer's elbow. Should I just stop working out and only use the Flexbar or should I go the other way, like Mark Rippetoe recommends, and do a bunch of submaximal chins to INCREASE the inflammation around elbow?
I liked how you defused the situation regarding the innuendos.

Try both. Just go slow and controlled at the bottom of the chins.

Glad it’s helping

Daily is best until it heals.
