    wait. Are you for real now? 51 MINUTES? I thought this was a regular 10min video. HOLY CRAP. Almost an hour long worth of free therapy. I’m actually gonna cry and not even lying. You don’t know how much happiness I get from every single one of your videos. I’m here choosing to watch YOU because your energy is something that gives me motivation to be happy in life which I’ve been struggling to find for the past year to be honest. I think with the help of your powerful words and actions I’m really going to get myself back together after fighting against sadness and lots of fear. Love and appreciate, you lovely human being! No words can describe how meaningful you are! 🫶🏻

    The week before your period and during your period, you do need that extra rest and less stress.

    i OFTEN majorly crave lots and lots of sweets and rice & yogurt and sweets (i try to just do minimal added sugars but i end up using lots of stevia in my foods) and i do NOT want veggies when i am a week prior to my period. lol is this bad? would love to hear your thoughts/tips!

    • @TheCarolinaLifestyle
      @TheCarolinaLifestyle  6 місяців тому +3

      It’s totally normal I crave those things too (as you saw I did eat rice a couple times and had chocolate 1-2x a day in moderation!!) - but if you try eating balanced meals with protein and fiber + starchy carbs like potato or rice/quinoa regularly, eating every 3-4 hours you’ll def feel an improvement in the cravings!!! Lmk if you try it!

    Hi Carolina, love the extra long content 🎉 Curious, do you ever check your bloodwork for cholesterol levels? I worked hard to eat better and my levels were still borderline high...I don't workout as much as you so that's probably a big factor lol 😂. Have a happy Thanksgiving!

    Delicious recipes again! But girl….have you ever seen how tilapia are farmed? They can barely move and are fed so much antibiotics it’s disgusting. Defeats the purpose of eating wild or organic.

      I was going to say the same about the farmed salmon and that the wild-caught is the much better choice, after learning about farmed salmon I can never go back to it!
