    one of my goals recently has been to not let worry into my heart. whether it's about the future or things with work, I've been trying to keep going to God to cast my burdens on him!

    This extra long video was such a treat and so therapeutic to watch after a long day! One of my latest goals has been to make it to the beach as many days that I can, whether that be for watching the sunset, laying in the sun all day, eating my lunch there, or even just sitting in my car looking out at the ocean for 10 minutes, just really making a goal to make time to be by the beach :) there truly is something so special and meditative about being by the ocean and I am so thankful for it especially with how nice the weather has been lately. P.S. I love watching how excited you and Bo get about your meals, I believe that is how food should make us feel, it should nourish & fill both our souls and our bodies ✨

    My goal is to make my wife’s Mother’s Day as special as possible. It’s the same weekend as her birthday. She loves watching your videos and she is a holistic nutritionist. Every time you upload she is like “yay cambria” lol. My wife has inspired me to eat clean and exercise more lately and has helped me lose weight so I know that I have to make her feel appreciated 😊

    My April/Spring goal has been to really hit my 10,000 steps along with helping keep a friend accountable for it as well! It just simply reminds me to be thankful and appreciate the ability to move my body!!
    Another goal is to do a spring cleaning so that I can find a new organization to donate items too.

    I’ve recently been to see an MD acupuncturist who I feel like is the first person to sit and listen to my health needs and desires. She is really helping me take a full holistic route to my health and eating. Our first goal is to hone in on my insulin and blood sugar spikes when eating by balancing my meals. I have always dealt with feeling very moody and irritable after eating and never had a healthy period until recently. No where near where I want to be but my goal is to keep making habit changes to my food and overall routine to get rid of my mood swings from my eating! Thank you for such an inspiring video!

    A new goal for me is to care for myself better and this body Hesus gave me. I want to be strong for myself and my family! Started to get a workout in or intentional movement daily, even if it’s short. I also want to do at least one thing in the evenings to pour back into my cup. Thank you for your videos!     One of my goals is to find a night time routine that supports my morning routine. I’ve recently started going to the gym (early) in the morning and my sleep hasn’t been optimal. I’m in a season of motherhood with my young son that includes middle of the night wake ups, but I believe if I prioritize going to bed early and be consistent, those middle of the night wake ups shouldn’t affect me as much.
    This video was amazing.

    I love hearing about the bee keepers naturals! I want to share with you that I too went through some fertility issues and went through a few pregnancy losses BUT I ended up with a healthy baby and I swear it was all the bee products I was taking.. so much that I would call my baby girl my little honeybee 🐝. MY goal is to again add in the bee products for overall health and wellness and thank you so much for reminding of the power of bees ,❤️🧚‍♀️

    What a sweet treat! two videos back to back. That our place toaster oven is soooo cute~! I have been using liquid chlorophyll that has help me tremendously with bringing oxygen to my red blood cells. I was losing my hair like crazy and within two days I realized my hair wasn't falling out! I initially got it to help with gut health, how amazing! Cambria, I just love your energy and how you approach life! I feel if I met you in person I could talk to you for hours!!!!! That giveaway looks amazing and those tea towels are. so pretty!
    My goal is to finish my last two board exams for my acupuncture license!!!! Because of the pandemic and living in Japan I could not take them. It is has been a long journey but I am really excited to have my license so that I can work and help people on their journey.

    A goal I have is to spend quiet time in the word. I want to experience that while sitting outside in the morning sun, like you do. I have prioritized other things or I honestly just run out of time before I have to clock in and start work but I am going to make this a priority.

    I’m working on becoming a morning person! Even though I don’t naturally have energy then, I want to align with others’ schedules more and do think it’ll lead to me using my time better because if I naturally get energy later I’ll have already accomplished necessities and can lean into friendships and hobbies more with my evenings :)

    Thank you for this, Cambria. My goal is something I have been trying to work on for quite some time, yet I never felt fully ready out of fear. This goal is to stop letting myfitnesspal rule my life. It helped me learn how to not fear food groups, however it has become a crutch and genuinely takes me peace more often than not. It helped me to stop binge eating, so the fear of letting it go and the possibility of what "might happen" has bound me to it. This video full of nourishing, delicious, loving food was the thing I needed to trust my body and Him. Thank you!!

    One of my goals has been to be on my phone less and rest more. Since I got a concussion a couple of weeks ago I really had to slow down and just relax.     I love these longer videos! I enjoy having them on while I'm doing some of my tasks around the house. A spring goal of mine is spring cleaning which I did today! I also want to drink less coffee .. more matcha and London fogs! So yummy!😊

    My spring goal is to go on our daily walks in the morning with our dog Hardaway. Morning walks always puts me in such a better mood and sets the tone for the day. I would also love to declutter and organize our home.

    I want to focus on spending lots of time outside. There is so much healing in the sunshine. Getting back to play and having fun outside is super nourishing to the soul too! Another goal is to enjoy good with others and not have stress around it.

    Im also preparing for a baby! My goal is to also prepare my body - and get our garden going!
    I love my bee pollen! I add it to my coffee and it adds such a lovely floral taste to it!

    We just moved and I also lost track of my quiet time with my Bible and devotional every morning, it was my favorite part of the day and my goal these next few months is to get back to rooting myself every day. It makes the biggest difference in my mental health!

    Ah yes, spring goals... I'm with you as far as reestablishing a proper morning routine. I literally felt dead all winter and now that spring has sprung I'm feeling alive again. I can hardly sit still! LOL This spring my goal is to establish a meditation routine because it's the opposite of what I want to do. :)

    One of my goals is to grow all my organic garden from seed. I usually buy my plants due to time factors but I really want to grow my produce from seed to table---my compost is like black gold and it truly makes a difference in the quality of my plants. Spring is new life, and just to plant a seed & see the goods it produces is such an analogy by planting in good soil and giving it love and attention, it's the same with what we humans need,,,wow, our God is such an awesome creator!

    I have to goals the spring/summer. To get outside more and go on trail walks and then also to plants some flowers in front of our house. I don’t have a green thumb but I want to learn to maintain and help beautiful flowers thrive
