- Still on my "hitting my protein goals" era ... so here is a full week of eating in my life where I get more than 100G protein per day!! Eating in a protein forward way is so amazing for your muscles, energy levels, satiety, metabolism, and hormones. Unless you're super intentional with your eating, it can honestly be hard to get over 100G of protein and I feel like a lot of people struggle with knowing how to actually get there so hopefully this video will give you some meal inspo and ideas on how to do that :)

Girl soak ur chicken. As a Guyanese, we soak our chicken in vinegar/lemon, salt, pepper and fill it up with water.
You can always sanitize the surfaces. Just have a dedicated cutting board for your poultry 🍗. I agree with @vanialegall8184. However, absolutely love your channel! As an active, health conscious, goal setting, fitness and/or moving, holistic minded 61 year old woman, your channel resonates with me in so many ways. I have always wanted to try nutritional yeast and you have inspired me to do so. Your protein videos hit home with me as I struggle to get enough protein to help with my weight lifting and physique goals. Keep bringing us the excellent content! Do you count calories at all or just keep track of the protein? I guess you wouldn't have to really bc you work out so much.
I don't track calories, just aim to hit 100G+ protein!! just found that I don't really thrive when counting calories because it prevents me from being intuitive with my body and eating :)
