    Front lever pull up please 🥺 i can do fl for 6sec

      A/ B workout
      Band Touch FL (Negative to FL at end of rep) 3x5-10s / Adv. Tuck Touch FL 3x10-15s (Negative to FL at end of rep)
      Band FL Row 3x3-6r / Adv. Tuck FL Row 3x6-12r
      Weighted Pull Up 3x8-12r
      decrease band assistance when you eventually hit top end of rep range to progress
      increase progression when you eventually hit top end of rep range to progress
      increase weight in pull ups when you hit top of rep range to progress
