    Pike holds are to easy but pike push ups are too hard for me:( do you habe anything in-between?🙈 (Am doing negatives ATM but don't know if there are more exercises that is good to progress to pile push ups?)

    Aren't pushups a little redundant since you can't progressively overload. If your goal is to build muscle I mean.

      Try archer pushups, one arm pushups, Psuedo pushups they aren't very easy

    What's better, actually pulling up or training scapula on it's own? There are guys on internet saying that in order to have better pull-up you need scapula training instead of pull up which makes no sense to me

      Look at “scapular pull ups” best of both of what you’re saying. Also get some bands to help with full pull ups
