    Is weird when I was holding the advance tuck front lever for the first time no way I can do this . Now at the straddle front lever I can do this exercise no problem haven’t achieved the full front lever yet

      Yeah that's completely normal - now you're on the straddle front lever you're objectively stronger than you were before, so this new strength is what is helped you achieve the advanced tucked front lever pull ups!

      @@AshtonFitness that’s is awesome thank you for your kind words. Btw I unlock the back lever for free even when I was at the straddle front lever took me less than 5 back lever training session to get there back lever is so much easier than front lever .

    Would you say achieving an advanced tuck touch hold is getting really comfortable in adv tuck rows and then doing attempts on adv touch hold?

      Yes, that would be the way I'd do it. And learning how to do them with a false grip. Because whenever I see anyone doing any front lever pull up variation, I always see them using a false grip
