You two gentlemen never cease to provide an entertaining educational experience. The amazing things you accomplish are inspiring to me and many others as well. Your consistent Christian behavior is a blessing to me personally.
I Love watching these old trucks that were left for dead come alive. What a beautiful sight to see her plowing through that tall grass. Great video as always. Keep em coming.
You know guys this episode was the most entertaining. Your determination to get something that had been sitting for 50 years is outstanding. I love how Lance was fighting with the gas tank. Great job guys, keep em coming.
Very cool to see the old 57 1ton run again. Actually runs well which is hard to believe after parked for 50 years. Would be neat to see this old truck haul another vehicle out of the woods in the future. Great video, thanks.
Very good to see someone that is willing and able to work on older vehicles. So many don't want to work period. May God bless you two in all your efforts 👌. Prayers always 🙏.
Unemployment is currently at a record low. Your orange Messiah gave us breadlines, empty store shelves, no toilet paper, and 14.7% record high unemployment. Didn't your "God" thingy tell you not to judge? Seems plenty of Americans are working right now. I thought you weren't supposed to lie either? Lemme guess, you're a republican Christian?
These are magnificent trucks! I grew up with a 59 2 ton that was a grain truck that was the same color as this one. It was always parked inside, only driven during harvest, and only had 19K miles on it when we sold it in 1991. Even the original upholstery was still pristine. I miss that truck.... Seeing this brings back fond memories of those beautiful trucks. I hope this one will get restored. Thanks for the wonderful content!
I just pulled my Great Grandfathers 1954 dodge C-1 out of a tree row that had sat for about the same time. He bought it new when the moved so he could haul lumber to build a house on some land they bought. This gives me hope I can do it. Thank you!
These guys remind me of how I rescued a 1939 Pontiac out of barn that had not run in 35 years. Did what they are doing. Brings me right back there. Keep up the good work!!!!
Ive done this a couple of times...one of the best feelings ever...watching an old vehicle sat for yrs..come back to life and drive out of its home where it was left to die
I just want to say thanks for giving that old hard working truck another chance at doing what it always loved doing and that's working for us running the roads of travel, doing it's best to help get the jobs done, that old truck probably dreamed many times of just one more run, one more drive, one more job, now it's getting it's chance, which many didn't get to do again, thanks guys ,even vehicles have personality and looks like people...
You guys are unbelievable! Being able to fix these vehicles is amazing enough, but to have the patience you do in dealing with these things is next to GODLY!
I’m so impressed the clutch wasnt frozen and how the motor wasnt frozen with the carb exposed like that is a Miracle. Southerners have it so easy. I pulled a 52 chevy out of a illinois field that sat for 20 years and not a thing on it was any good. Amazing you got it going and driving good job
Nothing like the smell of small block Chevy in the morning! Haha! Good job fella's! As an Aussie car guy, I really appreciate your work ethic, and banter between father and son. Wonderful time spent together is priceless! And, to top it all off, to see that old girl inch forward out of it's resting place was just awesome!
Great save guys !! So cool to hear her run and move on her own after 50 years .....they sure don't make em like they used to that's for sure !! And your right that was one persistent mouse or rat man !! 👍👍

Well I was getting worried about you guys haven’t had a video in a bit . But as usual you hit a home run . Thank you guys I do appreciate it knowing your out there . God bless all of us . Keep up the good work ❤
Wow! It was so great to see that tired old Viking walk out of her grave on her own power. Seems like she just wasn't done living yet. Awesome work guys! She gets a second chance at life.
It’s cool when y’all drag one out and get it running. It’s a different story when y’all help one to rescue itself. Amazing that y’all were able to drive that old truck out of the grave.
I've been subscribed to back before you changed the name. I really like watching you save these classics. I Loved this video! It so reminded me of my Dads old 49-50 Chevy pickup that my uncle wedged between two trees up here in Massachusetts, back in the early 1960's. My dad just got done working on it when my uncle, my dad's sisters husband, came over. I was about five years old and he said to dad..."mind if I take a ride through your woods? Dad didn't answer and off uncle Russ went into my parents woods. 20 minutes or so later he comes walking out of the woods. What happened said dad. "I got her stuck" is all he said . There the truck sat. We used it as a playhouse. Pretending to drive. I remember sitting in the steering wheel and rocking back and forth. I used the hood as a toboggan one winter. Vandals broke the windows, Stole parts. The land was sold off in the eighties because taxes doubled. And dads Chevy was buried under tons of dirt,. It now rests as we speak, several feet underground, below a housing development. I'm 65 now and wished I could have pulled that truck out of the woods and fixed it for dad. Dads gone some 20 years now. This video brought a tear to my eye thinking back to that day in 64.Thank you.
Man you guys did a great job!! I could not believe how good that motor sounds!! It has alot of life left in it! Wonderful to see it move on its own power again! Wish I was there with you guys!! God bless you and your family!! Great video guys, please show progress on this truck!!!
Thanks for saving that old truck! It may just be me, but I could see myself just recovering the seat, fixing the windows and whatever else it needed to make it road worthy. Then I would build a wood flat bed and drive it to work and wherever I wanted. Nicely done!!
One of the best looking Chevrolet trucks ever made. Glad you guys are bringing it back to life. Your videos give hope to a bunch of old cars and trucks. Thanks for making these videos.
It was great to see it go onto the trailer on its own power. I laughed out loud when you said "don't scratch the paint". 😂. It will be very interesting if you make a cleanup video and to see what the interior is like cleaned out. Sure looks like a lot of potential in your capable hands.
that's so amazing to think about the time frames involved. No one would have expected that to sit there for 50 years and then POOF start running again.
Hello from Azerbaijan. These old-timer vehicles are alive because made for people, simple construction , repairable and not like trash which produces now.....
Well, that was a super job, I never thought you could get that old truck started and drive it out. The guy that cut that big tree down did a great job too. I smashed the like button and subscribed.👍👍👍the camera work was good too.

Just about 10 years ago we had a 66 Chevy with a shot transmission but the body was in pristine shape for being here in the North East USA.. I was already reading the guys mind and it was early on a very sunny Sat we arrived at 6am to chop up them pesky ole trees which I took home for winter firewood. The guy with the back hoe lifted the front of the truck right in the air so we could build our ramp to get over the other low cut stumps. We worked together like we had worked together all our lives and just built our ramp and with his helper doing one super job of coaxing the truck with a large bobcat machine from behind this thing came up and out of its pinch like it was a magic trick. Mind ya it took me most of 3 days to get everything there and then I cut stuff to size with my helper but I will say some amazing things can happen if U put your mind to it on the rescue engineering end of things.
That was so AWESOME!! I loved every second of this video like always!! I'm glad that rat didn't run out and bite you while you were driving it out of there!
