The Palms was the place for a minute... MTV Real World, Maloof Bros, Ghost Bar was the shits, and another club called Rain was thriving. There was once a Playboy Club with bunny dealers. There was another club called Moon on the newer tower, and it had a retractable roof - that was freaking amazing... imagine hundreds of people just dancing, thumping to the music, some of the best DJ's... and all of a sudden the roof on the top floor of something like 50 floors high opens up!!!... one of my favorite memories!!! The rest of the night, ehhh, I don't remember much. ;)
Thanks for sharing this video. All great locations. Now you have to update this to include Brewdog. I have been to most of these spots. All good. Cheers!
I love that you made an effort to look nice when you went out. There are so many nice bars and lounges and the vibe gets thrown off when people look like they just rolled out of a ditch. Please tell the other men that cargo shorts and tshirts are for beerpark and Ellis island, not Legacy Club etc 🤣
To me, all these clubs offer is seating, drinks, a view, and maybe a little atmosphere. Being removed from your hometown responsibilities and scrutiny is what it really offers you.
I was actually glad that I could see an example of what is acceptable. For example, I saw “business elegant attire” on the Skyfall lounge site, I instantly pictured being thrown out because I didn’t have a full suit and matching tie but it’s much more relaxed than I thought it would be.
I recently went to Alle 66 at resorts world, I thought there was a dress code, my date and I looked great, but just anybody was walking up in there wearing anything
ANOTHER excellent video!!! Just a respectful request..can you make a video or is it possible to make a video for late night bars with either dj, karaoke, Touch Tunes, live music? Thank you
Good job with the picks. The history I have with Ghost bar is mesmerizing; so glad it’s back on Vegas menu. The Palms was the spot back in the day. You had the unmatched 4 in 1. Playboy bar, Moon, Rain and Ghost bar.
My lady and I went to Allē Lounge on 66 back in July and it's was pretty packed. It's a Friday night so I guess the place gets busy only on weekends. I love Skyfall Lounge, always go there when I'm in town. Nice to see that Ghost Bar has re-opened, I was there back in 2015 or 2016 and I had a good time.
I've seen you on other influencers channels and I thought for sure I was following you on here but I found out today I wasn't. I smashed that subscribe button immediately and gave this video a thumbs up cause on my next trip, I plan on going to all of these bars (not in one night though LOL). Thanks for the video and opening my eyes to these places.
I watched your videos days before wife and I went to Vegas this past February and much thanks for your recommendations that I thumbed up. We're going in two weeks and I'm requesting bars/clubs that are open till the sun rises but also, (this might be difficult) where there is music/dancing but wife friendly? Thanks again and this video I will be going to the Stratosphere.
Heading out to Vegas for Halloween weekend. Thanks for showing Ghostbar, that will be on my list forsure. Also, Mandalay looks like it has nice views as well
Skyfall Lounge is probably the best strip view. I first visited that Lounge in 2007, not sure if it was the same name back then. Going to Vegas in February for Work/fun so friends and I plan on visiting, haven't been there since 2015/2016.
I went to the Ghost Bar when it was Apex, while I was staying at Palms for one night. It was a busy weekend and needed a reasonable priced room for Saturday night preconvid. I got in because of being a guest. I had a drink, before heading out to the strip.
We will becoming the 4 th of July and would love a rooftop bar to watch fireworks where should I try to get a table thank you for any help I would appreciate it so much thank you again
Thanks as always for the amazing content Jorge 👍🏽💯 Question for you…at The Strat, is there a $30 charge to go to floor 109 where you started at in the video?
These properties are very different! As a frequent Vegas visitor, here are my thoughts: 1) Generally speaking, Resorts World is going to cost significantly more: All Resorts World properties are more upscale (and pricier) than the Planet Hollywood counterparts. The food options in the vicinity have a significantly higher price tag as well. On top of this you will have to spend a lot on Uber and taxi fees to get yourself to the center strip where the action is. If you put these things altogether, you may find yourself paying around 100$ more per night during your stay at Resorts World, so your cost per stay might end up almost the same as staying at Caesar's or other higher end properties. 2) Resorts World is very new and clean but base rooms are small. Planet Hollywood (and generally speaking all Caesar's properties) are not as neat but have larger, less hotel-like, more Vegas-like rooms. If you see yourself spending most of your time in the room, avoid both properties. If you wish to have a hotel room with a good view, try strip-view rooms in Paris, Caesar's, Cosmo, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, etc. If cleanliness if the most important thing then any 5 star property on strip (including resorts world) will offer you what you seek. 3) If you value affordable luxury, avoid both. Planet Hollywood is affordable but not luxurious, while the only luxurious option in Resorts World is Crocksford which is extremely unaffordable. Instead I would suggest Mandalay Bay/Delano, Aria (if you are ok with the Aria scent), Caesar's (during sales season)and Mirage in that order. If budget is not a problem, then Cosmo, Wynn & Bellagio are significantly better (in that order). 4) If location is key, almost nothing beats out Planet Hollywood. But planet Hollywood is not the place to be, but the place you start at to get to places you want to be. If you want to be right where the action is, stay at Bellagio, Cosmo, Caesar's or Linq.
I wish all Vegas lounges had nibbles. We were in the Centre Bar at the Mirage having the best Espresso martinis, and as we don't like to drink without snacking, asked if they had ANYTHING, like pretzels or nuts, and they had no nibbles. Most other lounges has no nibbles either. So we started putting mini pretzels in a baggie and putting that in our purses and snacking discreetly on them in the lounges. There's something so satisfying when you have salty pretzels with booze!
The Ghost Bar was so much fun. I went on a Saturday night. It was pack and I had a great time. The Legacy Club was alright. I wish i had ordered different drinks. I have the deets on The Resorts World rooftop. People would make reservations, and they would cancel reservations for special events. Well the special events dried up and they decide tooverhaul the concept. Karma. It is no longer exclusive.
@@jamie5397 I have not been to either one. Which one is better? I would imagine the foundation room has these as well. Which one is the least expensive?
The only thing I don't like about Skyfall, is that I don't get to lay eyes on my BELOVED Mirage hotel :( . It makes me so happy when I see it, and to be up at Skyfall and not see it is a bit sad.
Hey brotha would you be up to giving my wife and I a tour of your favorite bars on our next visit? With compensation of course. We love your videos very helpful! Let me know
The camera is not as shaky as you might think. He is recording in high ISO settings (low light. high sensitivity) to adjust for the dark areas, but the areas shown in this video also have strong occasional light sources, which when mixed with high ISO settings cause increased distortions and aberrations.

I'm with you and Legacy Club won't let them in dressing like that anyway 😁

That view reminded me of courthouse like waiting for probation or hearing its similar view to some jail wings so you glad it's not total jail
This video was super helpful 👏 👌 👍 🎉

Hope you have a ton of fun! Mandalay bay is a great view specially if the luxor is on
I like to view seating, prefer comfortable places. Could you cover busy and slow times for bars/ restaurants?
Skyfall Lounge is probably the best strip view. I first visited that Lounge in 2007, not sure if it was the same name back then.

Beer park,, looks like a fun spot too be. Just chill lounge and get crunk.. actually. Damn they all look badass lol
Beer park is my vibe
@@Vegas-Must-TryThanks for letting us know they have good beer selection. I saw Budweiser branding in the name and assumed only Anheuser-Busch.
Nice to see these places before I visit again in November. I’d really like to check out Legacy Lounge and Skyfall. Ghost Bar has a great view, too!

No Skybar at Waldorf? That joint is 🔥
Technically not a rooftop but could have been in the video
Name of drink at Ghostbar please?!
Every single one of those cocktails looked amazing! It’s worth paying a little more when it’s done right.🥳
I totally agree! the Legacy one was the best one
Oh thanks Jorge! I’m definitely looking forward to visiting the Legacy on my next trip and am looking forward to a cocktail there.😊

Question for you…at The Strat, is there a $30 charge to go to floor 109 where you started at in the video?
I dont want to party just have nice drinks and enjoy my time
Have you been to the foundation room at Mandalay Bay? How does it compare to Skyfall at delano?
For 108 it looks like you have to pay for a ticket to Skypod just to get into the bar now. Is that correct?
Hey Jorge how about Hardrock, I haven't been there yet but they added a patio recently.
Dude, totally forgot about that lol
love that you dressed up . cute 😊
bro where you get your button down shirts
Mostly marshalls haha
I do have another question. Would you prefer to stay at planet hollywood (center strip) or Resorts World?

Nice to see that it was packed on Saturday!
It blows my mind that Skyfall closes at midnight.... Everytime I try to go it's closed which is annoying for Vegas
So dumbb
Did Skyfall replace Foundation room? Or is that a separate bar?
Nope. It is separate, Foundation Room is in MB. Skyfall is accessed down by the Delano check in.
@@jamie5397 I have not been to either one. Which one is better? I would imagine the foundation room has these as well. Which one is the least expensive?

Just would like to ask for clarification. In order to get to the 108 Bar, do we have to pay $30 per person to get access? Thanks 🙏
Yeah because that is the price to get to observation deck. but if you get a ride you get a big discount
@@Vegas-Must-Try thanks much for clarification.
I don't know if I saw Jorge or some dude dressed like Jorge but we were working but now I'm not working I don't know
