I got a tip for easy clean up.. you can buy a cheap tarp for a couple bucks and stand on it while you cut.. you can also use newspaper or something to cover the sink.. that way just fold and dump the hair right in the trashcan, no sweeping
Good idea. If I do it inside, I cover the sink with the barbers cape. It works pretty well but I feel like little hairs still cause a bit of a mess. Far easier to cleanup tho. I like the idea!
Good job. I just saw another video and yours is way simpler to follow.
Thank you and glad I could help
Good work and practice makes perfect
Absolutely and thank you!
damn, solid stuff dude. appreciate the tips and pointers
No problem! I enjoy doing it
🤝💯👌
💪🏽💪🏽
Awesome work bro 👌👌
Appreciate that! I’m gonna make another video soon trying out some new things👍🏽
Ummm, you can always stop at Sally’s Beauty Supply and purchase a cape. I recommend a plain black. I think they have some short ones too. Not a bad job, but a pro is still the best option imho. It’s hard to find a good pro, but once you do stick to them like glue! Follow them everywhere!
I actually Have a cape but it doesn’t stay on when adjusting to see and cut. But I agree a pro is best! And this was not a great cut/ very average or on the low end of what I have done. I found it is pretty hard to film while trying to get a good cut haha
I ALWAYS DO MY OWN TOO.
Love to see it! I think it’s worth it
Age 29.
Finally lose hope for a good barber that cut my hair for what i want.
Decide to do it myself
☠️💀☠️
It happens😂 get it just the way you like it
Wow! You did a great job on the fade (though I prefer a short top). But it looks good.
Are you saying you like more of a buzz cut? I rock that during the summer! But thank you!
@@GShoeVlogs Yes, I do prefer a buzz cut, though I'm not exclusive on that. lol Your haircut looks good on you--but I do prefer a buzz. 🙂
Maybe I’ll show how I buzz it in another video in like a month or so. I keep it pretty simple
@@GShoeVlogs Good idea.
Great video
Thanks! Gonna make another one soon with a better cut too!
Would you be interested in giving me a very nice and very short haircut, like a #2 on the top of my head, and the back and sides cut as close to the skin as you can get it?
Thanks for the video 👍🏻., where did you buy the light mounted on the mirror frame 🙂 .
I’m pretty sure I got that one from Walmart 👍🏽
@@GShoeVlogs➡️ ok 👍🏻 thank you
👍
how long did this entire progress take? be honest though.
Taking the video was slightly longer bc of starting and stopping the vid, changing the angle etc. depending how much effort I put it it could be 20 minutes, but for this vid it was around an hour
That's pretty quick! When I do a full blending from 2 to 0 it takes 2 hrs, i don't why it takes this long and how to cut the time a bit! It's about 1 year that I am cutting my own hair
You’re still pretty new to it if you’ve been doing it for a year. I’ve also learned the fastest way is to use as few guards as possible and free hand as much as you can. It’s riskier but saves quite a bit of time
I just don't know if you can call that a "cut" 😂 it actually made me second guess cutting my own hair.. 😂😂
😂😂
are you saying it's bad?
The fade is horrible bro
It happens. Went too high with first guideline
You are horrible
