This was super helpful with how i can use Milanote for starting a content calendar/planning content. I didn't know that you could save/link to a board within a board or adjust the formatting so much! Just getting started so this is awesome to get a kickstart on being better organized.
I do like a lot of things about Milanote, but I am worried about the longevity of the company. I want to do some collaborative work with a small team and I don’t want them to either go bust or stop innovating. Have you seen much in the way of new functionality or other evidence of growth over the recent months/years?
Thank you for this. I just discovered Milanote and haven't even tried it yet. One question: how do you get the Milenote tab at the top of your Pinterest page or UA-cam page, etc. so it's easy to save like you did to your Milanote pages? I'm not sure I'm even asking that the right way 🤪 Thanks!
Hi Debi! I use Google Chrome for internet purposes and it's an extension that you download or enable. On the chrome web store it's called "Milanote Web Clipper". With this enabled I can save things from Pinterest, the Internet, UA-cam, etc., onto any of my Milanote boards. It definitely comes in handy. I'm not sure if you can do this with other internet browsers like Safari or Firefox.
First of all, congrats for the video. It was really helpfull and gave me some ideas how to costumize milanote. Despite photographing for 15 years, only now, that I'm preparing to lunch my UA-cam chanel, I felt the need to organise my photoshoots. After researching a lot, I've chosen Milanote as my organizer, so I installed it this week. Everything looked great, (I've planed an entire photoshoot, with A-Roll, B-Roll, Scripts, etc... in less than two hours) until I open it up on my mobile phone. The "script board" is not in the same sequence as I see it in my computer, and I can't move the boxes inside the mobile app. Is there a specific way to organize a board in computer to maintain the correct sequence in the mobile app?
Hi Luis! Sorry I didn't see your comment! I love Milanote on the laptop. Still use it everyday. However, the mobile app is a struggle. I still use it on my phone but I use it in a limited way for that reason - i.e. just to check things off or read something. If I want to move boards, add photos, do deep work on the board I use my laptop.
@@robynnemacleod thank you for the answer. After playing around I figured out how to maintain the sequence that I've made in the desktop. If you connect the boxes with arrows (they must be touching the boxes) the sequence is maintained.
Hi Jayy, I use a Mac but in order for me to use it I have to access via the internet so it's probably similar for windows in that you can't download onto your computer for use.
Thanks for such an excellent explanation of Milanote. It really explained the program so clearly.

Huge question that I can never seem to get an answer on: Is it possible to download milanote on Windows desktop for offline use?
