I really appreciate this tutorial. I couldn't figure out how to do this, but I wish it could import in paint colors to have true color swatches.

you could save the paint colors as images and bring it in- I do this all the time for reference . Use the web clipper to do this easily.

Im looking at this app but there is no information on how big each board could be.
How much space is allowed per board?

the board is an infinite canvas so it can be as large as you like. The only limitation you have is the number of boards if you have free plan

Can you help me with web clipper? It is not saving my pictures from Google and popping them into the mood board. What am I doing wrong?

When you use the web clipper, it will be sent to an unsorted column on the right hand side and then you drag it into the board. One common mistake is clipping it to a different board than you intended. When clipping there is a drop down menu to select the board you want to clip to. Check some of your recent boards to see if you clipped it there by mistake. Hope this helps.
