That is a great question! I actually use them all in different ways. I use Notion to keep track of client information and track my own day to day tasks. I use Milanote as a hub for my partner and my work - keeping all the shared files that we need immediate access to and joint tasks in one place. I use Trello for my client portal because on Milanote and Notion (as far as I know) they need a login to add files and comments. I think which tool you use is mostly down to your preferences and how you prefer to organise your business. Which tools do you use? 🙌
Do you think we can use Milanote as a pure note-taking app? Other than for creative or planning projects but really like a taking-note app? Milanote is so smooth and nice to use it but I have doubts about long-term second brain use. What do you think about it? Thanks to you.
Great question! Milanote has a function where you can turn longer notes into documents which can be really handy. You could also use it as a hub and link for example Google docs and have everything easy to find in one place. I think the best tool is the one you like using so if Milanote is really comfortable for you, I say stick with it! 😊 To celebrate reaching 10.000 subscribers (which will happen really soon 🎉 ) I am also launching a Milanote template that works as a hub for your whole business.
