    My husband is what a lot of women would call lil' ugly, but has the biggest heart I know. I love my lil' ugly 😂. Everywhere he works everyone loves him. No one has a bad thing to say about him. Treats me like a queen and spoils me. I chose him because I knew he'd be a good father and family man. He is boring, but I bring the fun to the family. Don't be superficial guys, give the ugly men a chance. 😂

      From my experience ugly men treated me the worst and and attractive men always treated me much better. Glad it worked out for you but doesn’t mean it will work for others. If a woman wants an attractive man I don’t see why she has to compromise. I guarantee your man did not compromise in the looks department when he chose you. But you compromised for him.

    Yes! If multiple people say the same thing about you, take it into account for once. I had several people tell me that I was a certified a-hole. One day I finally said, “wait a minute, I might actually be one” 😂
    I lived in two different states, multiple cities, and went to various schools. Wherever I was, someone was telling me that!
    I still have it in me, but since then, I definitely minimized my a-holeism. Like Tony said, sometimes it may be the other person that’s more of the problem, but you should still hold yourself accountable.

    Going by the title of this video, I had no idea what was going to be discussed. Who knew that this man would be so brutally honest? But honestly, he hit the nail right on the head. He said everything that I always think about marriages. He even used his own personality as an example. There were some funny points too. I appreciate someone who knows how important it is to tell the truth. That being said, some people just can’t handle the truth. I honestly wish I had started listening to him years ago. I just started listening last week. It is very important to pay attention to all aspects of your personality. You must pay attention to how you dress, speak, and behave. I understand that I don’t have to be perfect, but I do have to have qualities that someone would be interested in. This isn’t rocket science but make no mistake about it; relationships are hard. It’s important to keep an open mind and listen to feedback from others.

    Thank you for all your advice! I’m 29 almost 30, with braces. I never felt insecure about my smile until I was 22 and a guy I was dating told me, your teeth aren’t even all that, in an argument 😂but it made me feel self conscious about my smile since then, and although I was so hesitant about it, finally pulled the trigger and got braces earlier this year. I feel so insecure with them though, because I already look young for my age, but the braces make me look like a high schooler. In dating recently I noticed that guys don’t even care about my braces or they don’t even notice immediately, which makes me feel a little better. I get them off in December and cannot wait to be more confident! Thank you for sharing your story! ❤

    Hey Tony! I love your videos. I agree with most of your talking points. The part about what you said about women feeling like their degree is more valuable than it should be, I disagree with that point. Women on average value their degrees highly because historically women weren’t able to receive degrees. However, what she wants is a man who is established in his career. But if he doesn’t have a degree, most women don't care. Especially a black woman. This is why men who have a craft (barbers, plumbers, computer technicians, truck drivers, etc.) can keep women.
    A woman who holds the degree over a man’s head usually deals with a man who doesn’t have his stuff together. Either that, or she comes from an upper-class world where men are supposed to be white color workers. Your average woman is not going to tell a man to quit his good job and go back to college when he’s making good money.
    Lastly, degrees and certifications are more than just your ability to study and pass tests. Would you go to a doctor who's not qualified on paper to practice medicine? Would you see a lawyer who doesn’t have a license to practice law? These things are valued because you can say you can do it but there’s no proof of your work. Experience is more valuable than certifications. However, this is why when you apply for a job and you are applying for a higher level they ask for your certifications and they asked for the amount of experience you have. A degree has value but it doesn't mean that you don't need to apply what you learned and hustle to grow as a professional.

    • @ThePinkPillOfficial
      @ThePinkPillOfficial 2 місяці тому

      A degree doesn’t guarantee you a good life or a good husband. That’s the point he was making. You have to bring more than that. Your looks matter too upon other things.

    • @laraco
      @laraco 2 місяці тому

      @@ThePinkPillOfficial Absolutely! But my point is that what woman thinks that her having a degree makes her have a good husband? Really let’s think about it. Most women who have a degree know that.
      Men think that women are using their degrees as qualifications for a good husband. Woman are saying “I want a man with a degree!” But they really want a man with a good career who makes good money. Hence they don’t want a broke uneducated man. If he was established in his career, degree or no degree he would still get a woman’s interest.

    Question: can you explain being opinionated vs a woman being one who thinks for herself?

    • @nzingahoney
      @nzingahoney 2 місяці тому +11

      Opinionated women verbalise their opinions. They may or may not care that others agree with it. Woman who thinks for herself moves in silence so everyone can SEE her opinion and she doesnt care whether or not they agree.

Your curiosity of eggplant😮Black people especially miss out on soul mate experiences choosing only superficial aspects, we often lack on what's important...the most successful people are not the most attractive but yet here we are only focusing on looks.

    You don’t quite understand women the way you think you do. I’m
    Normally on the same page as you but I feel like you missed the boat on women in this video. Especially women who have addresses poverty and oppression by doing whatever they can to achieve social mobility.
