Hi! Would you mind sharing the products you use prior to blowdrying your locks? I would really appreciate it. I love your channel and all that you share. Thank you 🙏.
Omigosh! I really needed to see this! I also use a Dyson and NOW I get it. I lost a lot of hair due pandemic stress/anxiety and it’s not falling out any more and it IS growing back in, so this is doubly important to me. Honestly, cannot thank you enough! 💜
Hi Brandi, My curls have never looked as good since I started watching your channel!!! I have fine hair too and you have definitely helped me love my hair again....FINALLY embracing my curls and loving it! Can't thank you enough :)
I absolutely love your videos! I subscribed about two weeks ago and I love that I finally found someone that has a similar hair type as me 🥹 Been on the curly hair journey for about five years and I’m just NOW starting to understand what my hair actually needs ! Thank you so much for your content!! 😍😍😍🥰
Your videos are helping me so much I been struggling with my hair and it is so thin and I work in a factory so sometimes I work 12 hours a day and I have no time to style but your last 2 videos have changed how my hair looks I have so much volume and I don't get hardly any volume until no so thank you been so helpful
Girl, it’s all about the dryer! It used to take me 45 minutes to an hour to dry my hair before I bought the Dyson! It’s so expensive but it’s definitely saved me so much time 🤣
Hi beautiful nice to see you love your hair very nice and a lot of volume , I wish to have that diffuser is very good that's what I heard take care and God bless you.
Hi Brandi, thanks for the video. I use an Xtavia Black Orchid diffuser with my Dyson as I missed the great curl results that diffuser gives compared to what the Dyson diffuser gives. I had used the Black Orchid with a previous salon professional hair dryer that took 3 times longer to dry my hair. The Black Orchid dries your roots pretty well when you hold it close to your head due to it's prongs/design, better than the Dyson diffuser. You can attach it to the Dyson with a Snozzle Pro adapter, although I did a hack as it was before the adapter came out. I've been mostly pixie diffusing as just hovering doesn't work well for me , unlike Mel who only does that. With pixie diffusing you don't have the dryer on when putting it into position and removing on it as it's supposed to help prevent frizz but hold the dryer in position a bit longer. I like your way of hovering at first then going in touching and holding close to your head pretty brierly so I might give that a try with my fine (and even lower density than yours) curls. Although I might still not use the dryer to 100% dry as leaving off before completely dry seems to help prevent over drying causing frizz so I nearly always do that. I love my Dyson too because fast drying times and how small, light and easy to handle it is too. For those interested in the Black Orchid but can't source one, the Amaxy diffuser is very very similar so a good dupe. Here in Australia a few years back for some reason it became too expensive to import the Black Orchid diffuser due to shipping costs for it getting ridiculous so curly girl stores her now import and sell the Amaxy instead (often in a bundle with the Snozzle Pro which will make it fit any dryer). The Amaxy gives the same results.
I know, it’s crazy how thick my hair looks but if you could feel it you would be shocked! Haha but, I do use as many volumizing products as I can including shampoo and condition :)
I honestly probably do the same exact process except I wouldn’t push all of my hair from one side to the other. I would still direct the hair away from the scalp but kind of keep it in the part … if that makes sense
I literally do the same thing except that I don't add oil idk I've never been an oil fan but instead of adding oil I add a 3rd gel to get that extra hold and then I'm done I fluff and put it in a pineapple for the next day. I try not to wash my hair in the morning always at night. I find that the next day I have good volume because it's been up all night. The next day I fluff and add some alcohol free hair spray.
Everyone is going to have a part that your hair naturally wants to fall in. Try to dry in the direction away from that part to see if you can work against it. It’s almost like you have to retrain your hair sometimes 😆
So many great tips, Brandi! ❤️
Thanks sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️
Love your tip of adding oil at 95% dry. Game changer
Yay, I’m so glad that you like that tip!
I use the dyson too. Low heat, low speed. And Manes by Mell is how i discovered the hover method. My hair turns out so much better and lasts longer!

For this wash day I used the curlsmith bouncy strength volumizing foam and the aqua gel ❤️❤️❤️

Wow, so many great tips and advice in this comment! Thank you so much for sharing your expertise!!!
Do you need the snozzle pro to fit the dyson?
Thank you, I will give it a try
I’m definitely going to try your diffusing technique 😍😍
I hope it helps!
😍 looks beautiful
Thank you so much!
Hi Brandy, Such a great video, very informative, I dont have a dyson, I feel like i need 1 now ... Love the video ❤❤
Love your video! What oil did you use? Thank you for sharing🙂🌹
You have beautiful hair! Did you brush style before diffusing?
Love this so helpful!
Thank you so much ☺️
You say you don't have a lot of hair, but OMG!! It looks like you have tons of it! Are all your products volumizing?
I know, it’s crazy how thick my hair looks but if you could feel it you would be shocked! Haha but, I do use as many volumizing products as I can including shampoo and condition :)
Hey Brandi! I'd be curious to see how you would approach this process if you WERE going to have a part in your hair somewhere.
I honestly probably do the same exact process except I wouldn’t push all of my hair from one side to the other. I would still direct the hair away from the scalp but kind of keep it in the part … if that makes sense

You’re most welcome 🤗
How beautiful it turned out!
Thank you so much!
What can I do if my hair just parts on its own?
That happens to me too 😢😩
