Thank you your tips and tricks for volume. When styling upside down my roots want to lay flat and forward to my face, maybe that’s the way it grows, I don’t know. This is my main struggle, besides being really dry, and the cowlick in the back crown of my head never wants to behave. I will definitely try the side to side styling. Plopping seems to smash my roots even tighter to my head. This video gave some great ideas, thank for posting it
I love watching your videos. My hair started falling out really bad last year due to covid. I lost over half of my hair and when it started growing back it started growing in really curly. I am finally getting used to it and am learning how to style it. I actually really love it and have learned some really great tips from you. Thank you so much for sharing your routines. Your hair is beautiful!
I am so so glad I found your channel!! In just a few days you have helped me understand my curly hair. I wish more beauticians were as educated as you❤️
The part…oh my…you’re right. You are soooo right. It’s so hard to give that up b/c like you said-we know how we like our hair to look. Will try no part next wash day. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. Thank you! 😊
Aw this is ALWAYS the problem I have that makes me want to go back to straightening my hair 😬. I can fluff it up nice and voluminous but then it just gradually falls back down. I do have layers and even use hairspray. It’s very frustrating. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity! 😁
Hello beautiful love your make up very nice on you and thank you for those tips I need it ,always my roots look flat and now I know how to fixed thanks to you, take care sweetie and God bless you.
You could try the hair picks/afro combs locked together trick/ substitute for clipping. Regular afro combs are too heavy for my fine thin hair so I recently decided to spend the money on Lorraine Massey's CurlyWorld Pick Me Up combs - they're made really light perfect for fine hair. I love them - in fact bought two pairs so could lift well back in my crown area as well as more forward on top of my head.
Plopping does nothing for my curls but make them flat 😤 they dry flat no curl pattern. I have to diffuse my hair to get the curls to form. I can't even air dry 😕 looks straight after it dries
I find protein helps my hair curl more at the root ends so that gives more volume. But my fine hair only likes certain proteins so my advice is to try a few different ones with different kinds of protein if the first one(s) you try aren't successful/ your hair doesn't like it. Everyone's hair is different so what works for one curly girl might not work for another.
Please help, we were in lockdown and I gave myself a haircut, it was terrible. My hair is now really short, I've been trying to pull it into a bun but hate it, any advice until it grows longer again?
Your giveaway is fraudulent I entered it and somehow my debit card was charged by google then the formulate team emailed me and offered me a sponsorship that I had to pay for??? Did you realize that the link you have posted for the giveaway is charging people?
Volume is always my number 1! I find I get the best volume and definition after I've done the oleplex #3 treatment and clarify my hair!
Yeeessss! Olaplex is incredible!!

Do you use hairspray to hold the volume? If so, what are your favorites? Great video!!!

Great tips❗️Thank you❣️
Thank you sweetheart! Hope it helps!
I always wash and style upside down I shake out my roots once I’m dry and I also don’t create a defined part.
thanks for these tips! I have trouble with clipping as I have thin hair and feel like it is hard to actually get enough hair in the clips!

What a great tip Stephanie!

That stinks that plopping doesn’t work for you :( I can’t air dry either. My curls never look good air dried

I love this!!!! Yes yes, you may not always find the out one for your hair the first to around :)
Do you create a part after drying your hair?
I do everything upside down and side so side, wash, style and diffuse
Woohooo! Maximizing that volume!
Same, but my hair still falls flat in the roots. I'm going at the end of the month for a Rezo cut and adding some serious layers!!
Definitely have issue with flat roots and lack of volume
I hope some of these tips help 🙏🏼
Please help, we were in lockdown and I gave myself a haircut, it was terrible. My hair is now really short, I've been trying to pull it into a bun but hate it, any advice until it grows longer again?
Could you do braids?
do you have a fav oil? i was using aragan but seems to make my hair oily at times
I’m a huge fan of the LUS brand oil but I also love the olaplex #7 and the curlsmith bonding oil
I’m struggling with the part / crown area. It looks sooo weird.
Do you mean struggling with having a fly part? Or just volume
@@TheGlamBelle yes. To part it and lack of volume in my crown area. Sorry it was late when I typed the comment LOL.
Yes!! I hate hate hate a helmet head!!! 🥴
Same!!! Haha
