It is so nice and intellectually stimulating to hear directly from a scientist doing research on Urolithin-A instead of hearing the compound talked about by medical and body-building influencers who never did the actual research. Chinese have always had this belief that pomegranates promote longevity and healthy aging. A famous Chinese painter, artist, and calligrapher named Zhang Daqian painted pomegrantes in his old age. I saw his paintings as a child. The benefits of eating pomegranates were explained to me then. His scrolls of paintings sell for thousands of dollars. Science and folk beliefs are now matching perfectly. Thank you for this interview.

I’ve incorporated a multitude of supplements into my healthy living, but Urothithin A is cost prohibitive. I’ll keep following it for knowledge and see what happens.
Thank you… I’ve learned so much. I just started taking Mitopure. I may increase the dose now to 1000 mg a day. At 73 years old, I’ve been struggling with Hashimoto’s for 41 years, had two total knee replacements and a hip replacement last year, and have been swimming at least 1.5 miles a day, do Keto with seafood, Intermittent training. I still struggle with weight loss. I need to add strength training and add muscle mass in addition to swimming. But will continue with taking Urolithin A.
I’ve been taking Mitopure for 3 months today and within 4 weeks noticed I was recovering quicker. That’s the only thing I’ve noticed so far but looking forward to seeing gains in strength later down the line!
At 74, my upper arms and thighs have become crepey after losing just 7 lbs. Seems like muscles to me. I walk and do aerobics exercises daily. Very energetic and feel my strength is good. Thinking of taking this product. Urolithin A for improvement of muscle mass.
Great breakdown of the uses and benefits of Urolithin A! I love Timeline overall, they have a ton of research behind their products. You can't shortcut the results and research!

Why is MitoCure so much more expensive than other brands of Urolithin A? You can even get liposomal Urolithin A for less money. I’m genuinely curious if anyone knows.
I asked Chat GPT. It said that MitoPure is patented formulation backed by research and has rigorous testing and standards of quality. Other competitors can't use the same formulation, so results could be different.
@@christaherron5759 Thank you!! Great idea!! My sister uses Chat GTP all the time-even if she’s just stressed and needs to vent! It will come back with helpful insights like a therapist! Ha! If you guts are inflamed and nothing has helped. Try sun. Deep bright full sun on your guts. 3 months worth, maybe 40 min a day. Shirt off or stomach exposed to sun. Has dramatically changed it for me. Also drinking lots of water with food. Ice cold water. After every bit or so. Definitely helps too. Diluting acid is non-sense for me. But let me know if you try. Also blocking blue at night has helped my guts and digestion.
How can we get the Urolithin A blood test? I am 76 years old and I have never had any medical issue. I just had my first blood test this year. I know I am Apoe2/3 so maybe I am one of the "blessed ones" regarding Urolithin A.
