In this video I will be looking beyond these JUST being "spam messages".

I’m not even joking twice someone messaged me on my depop saying they love my style bearing in my mind I was selling clothes on my depop that aren’t my style anymore asking to dm them on Instagram for a collab I was so confused of all platforms why depop 😂x

7:24 once I got an email about a sponsorship offer on these hair extensions (it was from a big well known company too) and I thought yeah that works. It’s relevant to my content even though I don’t wear extensions myself, I do hair dying and stuff and I would’ve done a giveaway on the extensions and dyed them however the winner requested. However they then said they couldn’t send them to me for free and that I had to pay for them. And these are expensive extensions, I think they were like £80-£90 or something crazy like that, (edit correction: they’re actually $400 idk how much that is in pounds I cba to look it up) not an amount of money I can afford to spend on something I’m just going to give away for free. But I remember thinking it was a bit dodgy because shouldn’t they be paying ME to promote them? Not the other way around 🤣 now that I think about it, it was probably some scam company posing as the original company as I have heard of that happening too.
As for the Instagram accounts I would say always check the comments and see what others are saying but these accounts delete and block comments from people calling them out as a scam
