I just started being a water junkie last month and I love it! But I definitely don't drink a full gallon. My biggest tips are to ALWAYS put a TON of ice (that makes it so much tastier!) and drink the water through a straw. I would also highly suggest drinking smaller sips of water throughout the day rather than chugging it a few times of day. Hope that helps a little! Once you really start to love drinking water, it's hard to stop.
