This is why women who lie with intent to destroy people's lives must be held accountable. 20 years in prison with no parole or equivalent sentence if a man had committed the crime, If we don't stop this nonsense right now, this will signal to other people like her that they are allowed to do this. In fact, it's probably too late judging the number of NBA, NFL, Rappers and other celebrities that are being accused.
Just look at the insane rise of women like her and Amber Heard, Christine Blasey Ford, "mattress girl" and thousands of women that are doing this daily that nobody hears about.

However, her mother was recently sued for refusing to return the donation money given to Eleanor, so I feel like they played a huge role in Eleanor turning out this way. What a vile woman. I disagree they have a severe consequence on legitimate sexual assaults the level of investigation required should be high.
We must see people innocent until people are found guilty the last few years that has been shifting for the worst and it does nothing good, it gives us the chance to become a MOB and become worse human beings it also hurts people greatly when some girl thinks now they've broken up she needs to punish the guy.
For any damage it makes to girls wanting to come forward, i think that is a lie from a lot of girls who want to make up lies who don't have enough evidence and just say that, the few who don't come forward there are normally more issues than just bad PR.

Then because she "cried assault" so many times and went to such lengths, IF she had actually been a victim it would have more than likely fallen on deaf ears. When it came out the day that she said it happened was impossible because he was at home, his father's home, with his best friend and the father was filming them gaming and being silly... The college cleared him but people still believed it anyway... He took his life because he couldn't take it and people CHEERED that he was dead... 6yrs later the girl reached out to his best friend to apologize for the LIE she told to just "fit in".....

Thank you for creating an awareness about this. I really hope these poor men will heal. Ten years ago, my brother wanted to divorce his wife. She is a master manipulator and convinced my niece, at the age of 12 to say that my brother molested her. It didn't make it to court and she got her way. We all sided with her because she's a woman. For years we didn't talk to our brother like before until my niece turned 16 and convinced us to. She said that at 16, she confronted her mom about it, and she told her that the reason she asked her to lie was because she thought a divorce would have been too traumatic for her and leave childhood scars. Now, make that make sense please. And yes, we did confront him but she made my niece look sad by telling her that daddy wants to break the family apart. He also appeared nervous which makes sense due to embarassment and shock, but it didn't compute at the time. She also showed texts that she sent from his phone to my niece while he was sleeping. So people were incensed by this because the police knew about the gangs but turned a blind eye because they didn’t want to be seen as institutionally racist. Look it up for yourself. The police were reprimanded for allowing it to happen. So if the police weren’t prepared to stop these gangs then it falls on the public to do so. Unfortunately for this man he was wrongfully accused and targeted. She deserves way more than 4/8 years in prison!

And 'only 3%' is still far too many. For example between March 2021 and 2022 there were 193,566 reported sexual assaults in England and Wales. So you can’t punish someone without creating a problem for innocents too. We all need to choose to act with love no matter what the choice of others, change starts with us. Myself and you and others. This story is so important to tell. Thank you so much. we, as a society have to really try to curb “knee jerk reactions” and remember innocent till proven guilty. As a person who has been falsely accused,I know how much faster a lie travels, and how slow slowly the truth is accepted after a lie has been believed. No one likes to feel foolish. Being accused made me feel dirty, worthless and afraid. I think I will always be guarded now. Anyway… I pick up things with my feet too, and talk to my cat 😉

this feels so so similar to Sherri Papini's story... I've known other people who fake trauma or who lie constantly with no real reason to. I'm fascinated by it, whether it's caused by repressed trauma, a need to be seen, or visions of grandeur. It's almost as if she's suffering from Factitious Disorder but instead of illness, she uses trauma, assault and other forms of self-endangerment. It's really sad she won't admit that these are fabrications, and that she won't seek help. Those poor people she's destroyed deserve honesty. They deserve much more than they get.

Absolutely. The punishment for a fabricated false accusation should equal (or exceed) the sentence that the crime - had it been true - would have carried. There should also be a compensation award from her current and future earnings until restitution is paid to replace what the victims of her lies lost. This makes things much harder for genuine victims too.

Like, she had it planned and she made sure that all her text messages during that day could be construed as someone who wasn't eager in hindsight. He did time, before her best friend came fwd saying how she'd confessed to her that she made the whole thing up cos she knew everyone would believe her.
