Hello there. This is a new subscriber. You explain in an awesome manner. I have been doing yoga at a class for a few months before lockdown. During lockdown when I started doing mountain pose by myself my left elbow hurt towards outside(like tennis elbow). The pain is there for 3-4days. Don't know why this happened. It never happened in classes. Did I do something wrong? Pls reply
I guess u missed warm up. Try to do more of warm up and avoid any posture which hurts for a while remember your body heals🙏
