Hansaji's Response: The Mountain pose is in the sitting position, that helps us with grounding and strengthening the mind. Whereas the Palm Tree Pose is in the standing position that strengthens our extremities, makes us alert, and improves the balance.

When I sit cross-legged, I feel pressure in the ankle and numbness within 2-3 minutes. Please teach me how to sit in Sukhasana, without pain and numbness. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏

Hansaji's Response: You can practice certain individual asanas like Hastapadasana, Utkatasana, Bhujangasana, Konasana, and Shalabsana along with the Yogendra Rhythm Breathing.
Hansaji's Response: Slipped Disc is temporary and not permanent. You must practice simple lying down stretches, like Yastikasana. You can also do a few core exercises and Pranayama no 4. Try to sit under the sun and also use a hot water bag. If needed, lose some weight.
