      Hansaji's Response: Lie down in Makarasana before eating your food. You can also practice
      Pranayama no 4. Avoid drinking a lot of liquid while eating your food. After your meals, lie down in Dradasana, that is on your left side.

      Hansaji's Response: The Mountain pose is in the sitting position, that helps us with grounding and
      strengthening the mind. Whereas the Palm Tree Pose is in the standing position that strengthens our extremities, makes us alert, and improves the balance.

    I cannot do Sukhasana, which is, in a way, a basic asana. When I sit cross-legged, I feel pressure in the ankle and numbness within 2-3 minutes. Please teach me how to sit in Sukhasana, without pain and numbness. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏

      Bhujangasana, Konasana, and Shalabsana along with the Yogendra Rhythm Breathing.

    Can people suffering from slipped disc perform this asana?

      Hansaji's Response: Slipped Disc is temporary and not permanent. You must practice simple lying
      down stretches, like Yastikasana. You can also do a few core exercises and Pranayama no 4. Try to sit under the sun and also use a hot water bag. If needed, lose some weight.
