I am trying Hemp seeds for the first time. As I am looking for ways to add more protein to my meals. It doesn't taste like much Hemp seeds, I put it on my salads twice this week, so to make ranch dressing 😋 out of it as a game changer!🎉

I made the Mediterranean salad. Love, love, love! This will be another go to salad for me. I'm currently eating one vegan meal & one raw meal in a day. I consider this 90% raw. I believe the chickpeas are cooked. Thank you for another great recipe.

I am intrigued w/ the tofu bacon. I am fairly new to tofu and have made some recipes w/ it. I am curious as to how the tofu bacon would taste as I consider myself to be a carnivore, LOL....FYI on the air fryer, look at the Breville Smart Oven. Its an air fryer, toaster, broiler, dehydrated, and other features. I love mine

If. You have to add a million ingredients in a recipe on order for it to taste goo,then it's not worth tthe recipe. Ingredients one can hardly afford on a bugget
You don’t necessarily have to add all the ingredients I used to make it “taste good” but it is a salad which normally has a handful of fresh ingredients sooooo lol. Feel free to customize the salad using ingredients you enjoy or can pick up.
