- Hello beautiful people and welcome back to a new video! This week I am sharing four delicious and easy plant-based breakfast ideas that are beginner friendly.

Recipes:

❤️ Tofu scramble
1/3 block of extra firm tofu
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black salt (kalanamk)
2 tbsp veggie broth
1/2 cup of cooked veggies
❤️ Breakfast taquitos
4 tortillas
1 cup of crumbled cooked plant-based sausage (season with salt, black pepper, onion and herb blend, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and whichever seasonings you like)
1 cup of tofu scramble (see recipe above)
1/2 cup of cooked veggies
1/3 cup of vegan cheese
Air fry for about 10-12 mins on 380-390 degrees in the airfryer. Serve with salsa and vegan sour cream

1 everything bagel
Sauteed onions
Seasoned avocado (seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion flakes)
Pumpkin seeds (cooked on the stove with a little bit of oil for about 5 mins on low heat)
Cherry tomatoes
Arugula
Sriracha

❤️ Grits (these are estimates)
1 cup of instant grits
3 1/2 cups of vegetable broth
1 cup of unsweetened original plant milk
2 tbsp of vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp of vegan butter
2 tbsp of smoked cashew cheese or 1/3 cup of your preferred vegan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

The best by date is for the grocery store. The use by date is what to look for and I use my better judgement. I dont just throw foods away based on the date, I give it the smell and taste test. Hope you’re both feeling better soon.

I saw it somewhere (I think Pinterest) where someone made avocado toast and sauteed some mushrooms and shallots and put that on top. Just a suggestion sis.

I just realized I don't think I've seen you make sushi 🍣 I love French toast 😋 I'll have to try your cornstarch recipe, I usually use chickpea flour. Thanks for the recipes, I always say the hardest thing about plant-based meals is finding breakfast (especially low carb) and (varied) desserts! Especially when out and about. Curious, how do you feel about dried beans and lentils? Ever use falafel in place of meatballs?

Thank you for the rawness and honesty. It really is a journey. It took me 4 months before I was fully vegan years ago. And my husband wanted to support me and jumped in but wanted to do alkaline vegan and his body rejected it badly. Sent him to the hospital. It’s really mental like you said and it’s hard when your family is not on the same journey. I was thought I was anemic and my dr said I was fine as well. I had so much energy and I was the healthiest I had ever been.My body has been craving fruits for months and I have listened. I have done fasting and off and on juice days and 1 meal at night. I did a detox and man was it mentally and physically draining but it was needed for me to start my juice journey. Now that’s it’s done,It’s gotten to me not wanting the meals so it’s been 3mths of this and now I am doing weekly juice and fruit only. I love the encouragement be cause I will be doing raw all of January and seeing how it goes from there.

All receipes are bomb I'm have to find smoke cashew cheese cuz the cheeses and cheesing lol but ty for making the oyster mushroom and grits cuz I need my shrimp and grits alternative. May I make request, would you able to find ways for like ppl with gerd to eat delicious and tasty meals. Gerd is chronic acid reflux but I would appreciate it ty

I don’t like tofu but the ideas are great
I wouldn't recommend this but a lot of people, or most maybe, mash the avocado on to the toast. I wouldn't recommend this though because it often crushes the bread. I would say using the avocado is smart. Also saves a bit of water and some dish soap.

Thank you very much! I tend to get very confused why vegans can eat for breakfast. Most videos will just show like tofu scramble, or smoothies, which are not bad ideas, but I need a little more.
Vegan’s eat everything a person that eats animal eats for breakfast.. pancakes bacon eggs French toast oatmeal etc, just vegan 🤷🏽♀️ lol
