MUST HAVE mod for ANY lowered Miata!!!

Does your steering wheel jerk you around everytime you pass over a reflector?
Do you feel like you're fighting your Miata when you drive it?
You've probably got bump steer!
In this video we install 5x Racing steering rack spacers (risers) to raise the rack back up and restore that steering geometry, to make my Miata feel like a Miata again!
Lowering a Miata greatly changes the steering geometry which causes increased changes in toe over road inconsistencies.

HA that’s because I used my brothers industrial pressure washing truck and a gallon of degreaser a week earlier to clean under there bc I was getting exhaust work done and didn’t want the guy to have to work under the slime mobile

Tip for anyone watching this in 2023 if your motor mounts are shot like mine were you can just jack up the motor from the oil pan using a wood block and gain enough clearance instead of swiveling out the ac compressor

MX5s are also called Miatas and this doesn't work on them.

Hmmm, i thought I did show it or maybe I showed just a picture of what its like stock for reference. The spacers are about an inch thick so imagine it being an inch higher. If you want I could get a pic now for you and send it to you on instagram or something?
