You were specific on the mTORR and temperature. Will you pin a comment that as those details? I want to do both bananas and strawberries once I receive my Blue Alpine freeze dryer. Do you know if I can do both together efficiently?

Yes you can do both at the same time and the recipe will be able to the same. I would do the temp at 108 to 115 and set the pressure from 600 to 1200 mTorr.
