When Bill possessed Dipper, he planned to have the boy's body take a deep dive towards the ground, and left a note to Mabel inviting her along, knowing full well she couldn't live with the idea of her brother being alone in the limbo because of the fact she did not act sooner.

She promised she would help him however she realized the error of her ways, she felt responsible for what happened to Dipper, saved his life and apologized to him twice. No she is a good sister to him and she also learns from her mistakes and faces the consequences like Dipper. At the end, she grew as a character.

We immediately pointed at each other and quoted them. "Mabel, do you believe in ghosts?" "I believe you're a big dork!" We laughed, she left, and I never saw her again. A comment revealed to me Dipper was almost a still-born, because his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. What if the Gnome Queen Mabel reality (Book of Bill) is actually a timeline where that happened, and Mabel looks for an alternative Dipper version, because in the night in which Shmebolock regains his hability to speak, with pity, he revealed their queen there are alternative universes, and one of them could include her brother being alive ?
Honestly, as much as I find his grumpy antics entertaining, I partially blame Stan for being so heavy-handed with his jokes at Dipper’s expense. They almost crossed bullying territory despite being depicted as acts of tough love. Mabel’s teasing is much tamer in comparison, and it’s balanced out by her acts of encouragement and concern toward her brother. I mean, she called him a hero and helped him with Wendy, and whenever they hug and playfully poke and punch each other they are freaking adorable!

Honestly, as much as I find his grumpy antics entertaining, I partially blame Stan for being so heavy-handed with his jokes at Dipper’s expense. They almost crossed bullying territory despite being depicted as acts of tough love.
Mabel’s teasing is much tamer in comparison, and it’s balanced out by her acts of encouragement and concern toward her brother. I mean, she called him a hero and helped him with Wendy, and whenever they hug and playfully poke and punch each other they are freaking adorable!
