Blackberry Liqueur. How to prepare Morino.

  • Ingredients:
    300 grams of Blackberries
    300 milliliters of 95° alcohol
    200 grams of sugar
    200 milliliters of water
    Preparation:
    1) Put the Blackberries in a sterilized jar and cover them with the alcohol
    2) Leave to macerate for 20 days
    3) After 20 days we filter the juice separating it from the Blackberries
    4) Dissolve 200 grams of sugar in 200 milliliters of water
    5) Cook for 4 minutes in a kettle over low heat
    6) Allow the sugar syrup to cool
    7) Mix the sugar syrup with blackberry juice and alcohol
    8) Put the mixture in a tightly closed bottle and store in the fridge
    9) Serve cold
