The auto block/carabiner option (if you don't have a progress capture device) image is at 15:21. This has the advantage over a prusik as it's self tending if set up correctly. It can also be released under load which is an added benefit. Note the carabiner with the built-in pulley which helps reduce friction and would be more efficient than just a carabiner.
