Every educational system in our public schools should be playing your videos on the classroom in junior high and highschool. Maybe our children could teach our parents what their doctors cant and wont teach them.

This is what always gets me!? If they really cared why dont the children learn about what's actually important?
I noticed it's all about about money. Pharmaceutical money and food industry money. So sad.

The problem with Spectra cell test is the doctors are too dependent on the test results. I paid this QUACK thousands out of pocket on top of my insurance only to have him tell me my Spectra cell test showed I was healthy. When I asked him then why do I feel like CRAP, he had the nerve to ask me if I had ever been treated for mental illness. After that he and his staff started speaking and treating me like I was nuts. I realized I had to save myself so I started watching tons of UA-cam videos. I figured out I had mold, heavy metal, heavy parasites infection, a ton of mineral deficiencies, poor digestion even though I've been gluten free for about 15 years and eat mostly organic meats and vegetables. I'm 60 and grew up very poor so if you have these issues when you're young and the doctor ignore it, it only gets worse with age. Now I'm feeling better than when I was in my 30s because I take better care of my body and stay the HELL away from QUACKS, I mean doctors 🤔

Good for you in watching utube videos to educate yourself. That's exactly what I am doing as well. I am in my late 60's and I to feel like crap. Can't wait on current Dr to figure out my problem. If I did, I would probably be dead. Good luck on your journey.

It’s ironic, all those built up toxins drive you nuts, then the people you go to for help, tell you you’re nuts. AMA, SO helpful to us.

Unfortunately, even the functional doctors don't truly understand the cause of diseases. MOST seem to only know how to prescribe a healthy diet (grain-free, dairy-free, & soy-free), exercise, sleep, and stress reduction protocol. If you've already covered that on your own, you're USUALLY better off figuring it out on your own. I went to FIVE doctors and no one could help me. I read PubMed and watched UA-cam until I fixed most of it. At this point, I think I have it all figured out, but thinhs take time to fully reverse. But so far, I've reversed my type 1 diabetes (supposedly, you can't do that, but I did), regrew my alopecia patch and stopped overall hair shedding, raised my fasting insulin from subclinical levels to 3.3, and have improved my vision loss. Hopefully, now I can fully restore my vision and raise my hormone levels enough to have another baby. ❤

For diabetics, 1000microgram a day is standard. It helps the beta cells in the pancreas make insulin, thus reducing glucose in the bloodstream.

    Chromium Picolonate?
I have used this for weight loss, in passed years, I don't have diabetes, I learned that it is a diabetic 's cheat for that extra dinner roll, or that normal (not sugar free) piece of pie/cake.
    Is this right ?
