Yes Marsha, you look more toned now than ever...i remember you said about cutting alcohol. That's amazing! I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer and lots people keep complaining to me that they they can't reach their results....every time I ask their diet and about alcohol then I get the answer "yes, I drink wine almost everyday". I don't understand how people don't get that wine brings negative effects or stops from reaching goals. You are great example. I am going to keep telling to my clients and students about your example 👌👍. Good job!
Yes, clients usually tell me that cutting back on the wine is a deal breaker. Which is a shame especially as you age and it gets harder to be in great shape. Daily alcohol consumption sabotages even the best efforts!
I really appreciate the channel. You provide intense but short workouts. Great for us that are busy but still want to get in a great workout. I would normally do more then one round but got stuff to do! Peace! ;D
Love the warm-up which totally focused on activating my glutes (my biggest problem) and limbering up my spine. Scorpion stretches are amazing. I did 2 rounds as it was so much fun and far from boring. The Turkish get ups were a killer the 2nd time around though. My whole body is singing and I have time to do a yoga video- Thanks again Marsha!

This one is my "go to" any time I'm traveling and have access to a gym that has weights. Takes about 12 minutes for the actual workout and hits it all. I usually try to do it twice if I have time. Remember to use the heaviest weight you can handle for each exercise! Enjoy - xo.
Believe it or not, I made it, from start to end, Was great, took me more than 15 minutes but, I did enjoy it, and feel the burn everywhere! Thanks and I'll be waiting for next challenge mastering this one, and some of your old ones.

Thank you! I've taken the strength training up a notch and only do HIIT for cardio - and of course cut way back on the alcohol. It's working! :)
